Pros
- The phone version is fine but and the computer version is easy to use, too.
- Free Conference Call is a great solution for small businesses wanting an easy, affordable option for web based conference calling. The Outlook add-in makes scheduling a conference call quick and easy.
Cons
- Since COVID we have had problems getting thru to system. Also when participants drop off it beeps and cuts out for a few seconds.
- Sometimes drops callers and they have trouble returning to the conference call. That can be frustrating for our customers.
Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
