I will warn that sometimes after major updates there are glitches. However, every software that is constantly updating of this size has minor glitches after major updates.

It does a great job of tracking your project costs. Timekeeping is a breeze and the bookkeeping/accounting functions are easy to learn.

The help link and the Ajera customer support center are fantastic tools, especially as a new user of the software.

Had to use, complex, and no dependencies. It takes a lot of management to make it work right.

I think this tool is good because it has a web interface that can be accessed on any computer.

Project Management and Scheduling are great. Our project managers love the system.

Interface looks dated and is not intuitive. I often have to re-enter time due to “multiple processes” errors which is frustrating and time consuming.

The few project managers who were involved with the project set up training are very excited to see the level of detail available for project costing and time scheduling.

There is no dependencies, so when a task schedule changes all other dependent tasks need to be adjusted manually.

The ability to track projects in real time is also very handy. Views are very customizable and the built in graphics are a nice feature.

This is the most difficult system that we have ever worked with in the 40 years that I have been in business. We are switching to Quick Books.

Hard to use, ugly, and poor customer service. Only runs on microsoft edge, will not remember your password, will ask you for permission to download and run something every single time.

Many features allow for power users. But not many people are power users.

It's ugly, it's convoluted, and users all seem to hate it.

Implementation can be difficult at times, especially when using non-standard data sources to import.

As you can guess this is very frustrating when a client is on the way and I need an accurate report asap.

One of the best things about TapClicks is that you have access to many different features and if they don't have it already integrated into their software they will work with you to get it in place.

A lot of the time the document will be different once exported from TapClicks to PowerPoint which is frustrating. Data sometimes is not the most accurate.

Lack of aesthetic formatting options (change font size/style, etc.).
