- Good design, easy to use, development is really fast letting you select the data and object that you want to visualize and therefore just create a dashboard within seconds.
- It makes it easy to transform large amounts of data into intuitive dashboards. It allows generating dashboards with visually very pleasant graphics.

- You have to take the courses to develop correctly, otherwise you could make mistakes.
- Get small bugs that really trouble sometimes. Also, the customer support is not very robust.
Pros
- Easy to learn staff friendly have a portable option, reliable enough. Use iPad and doesn’t take too much space.
- We love the fact that technical support is available 24/7 and they are always willing to find a solution to your problem. API availability is also great for other software integrations.
Cons
- Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.
- The integration creates a total mess in Quickbooks, and employee hours can only be ported over to Quickbooks in whole numbers and no overtime.
