Many of these vendors only send warm leads to us via email. Parsey allows us to quickly and automatically integrate these leads into our automated sales process.

They are incredibly quick to respond and help.

The ease of setting things up once you get the hang of how it works.

The software is very easy to use. But if you have ever have an issue beyond your capability the support team is very helpful and get any problems fixed.

Its not cut and dry when there is an error, you have to research a bit to find it and figure out how to fix it.

It is tough to get to do what I need - I don't change it often, so it is set and run.

A Wonderful BI Tool with Promising Opportunity.

Initial installation/configuration is confusing and overly complex. Performance and system resources requirements too high.

This is the BI platform worth trying. Simple this is a good value for money.

Replacement of root level blocks on the worksheet is not as easy as it could be. Requires too many steps.

JavaScript and/or SQL is required for building custom expressions and filter conditions. JavaScript can be very frustrating to use, but that's probably due to my limited experience with the language.

Inetsoft is a lightweight, easy to use, cost-effective and flexible alternative to rigid and expensive BI reporting tools like Business Objects, Cognos etc.

Also, the interactive features available has made it easy to classify different report for different group level in an organization.
