Over the past couple of years our organization has struggled to report and utilize the data in our ERP.

It is extremely easy to use, it offers great templates to get you started and these are easily configurable and saved as new reports.

User friendly and great templates. Customer service is always very helpful to resolve any issue we may have.

There are some areas of the way the software works that make a small subset of reporting data very difficult to generate, especially in a multi column report.

Hubble makes monitoring my bakery easy and affordable. I can check on my employees and the state of my shop from anywhere and know that my business is running well.

We have been very happy with the service and have even noticed that more gets accomplished when the employees know that someone could be watching.

Integration and deployment was a little difficult, but that is to be expected given the complexity of our systems.

There is a lot of good information and it's very easy to use. The fact that users can reach out to other users is somethingbthat can come in very handy.

I love the ease of use and the easy learning curve. It is really easy to use and gives quite a bit of value back to the company through use.

In my experience I have been very pleased with the Insight software. If I have had an issue customer support has been excellent.

We've had some Excel issues when using Hubble on Citrix but other than that we have had no major issues. When we did run into issues, Hubble was available to solve our problem.

We are extremely pleased with the decision we made and it has allowed us to move from a reactive to a proactive business.

The ability to combine data from multiple tables, put in our own calculations and groupings so we don't have to do this in Excel is fantastic.

I love all of the formatting abilities that allow us to make the reports easy to read and professional looking. I love how easy it is to export the reports and customize the export options.

Hubble Analytics is a great source. Building dashboards for our executive team and field are easy and they love them.

Would love to see more REM templates/functionality. The customer support is one of the best parts of purchasing Hubble.

Best customer service and software that is so intuitive to the users, we rarely have questions on how to create.

Extracting the report takes time as to open grouping level accounting code it requires clicking on each head individually. Also chances of missing any head to open is high.

Hubble really increased our financial reporting capabilities within the organization.

Missing price on a sales order, wrong G/L class code, negative inventory quantities are just few which we use.

The ease with which we can set up reports, modify and publish them is fantastic.

All information can be easily retrieved once easy parameters are setup. Budgeting is also much more fun using Hubble.

I am using Hubble Edition 2 (Web), the visualization is good and easy to create.

Screens where you get to choose the fields and filters are small and after a while it is a strain on the eyes.

I don't use the application but I have heard great feedback from finance. We recently switched our licensing model to include all modules which is great.

Its hard to say what I don't like about the product or vendor.

It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.

Some of the benefits that I found useful are listed below. It helps in tracking a number of tasks whether it is a new feature, an issue or bug or anything that requires some kind of tracking.

It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.

It's an amazing tool for working together across departments specially in big organizations. It's great with tickets - tasks or bugs.

Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

Overall, the product is great to use. If your company invests in it then as a user, you should can count yourself lucky.

In addition, it is a great motivational tool and teaches us to discipline. It gives great insight into the status of ongoing projects and helps in their accessible presentation.

I like having the ability to “tag” other colleagues until tickets and messages. I also like the integration ability with some of our other tools.

I love that you can make recommendations and they listen to you and implement the changes which are great.

I like it is easy to use and even the price is not high for what it offers. I have been using these over the last years every day at my work and is perfect.

Great teamwork/collaboration tool with a great overview of the project and its progress, I would highly recommend this product for any software implementation.

The overall experience is good, it can be better on certain costumization fields and profile managment.

The lone thing I hate is that it is somewhat costly with regards to additional items.

I liked most in JIRA is ease of use and helpful. It helps us in tracking project and its tasks so that we can get more clarity on project outcome and its implementations.

Jira was great for what I needed it for; bug reporting. However, as someone who it took a while to learn, I am happy that is all I had to do.

We needed a help desk system that is reliable and performed the functions we wanted. It fit the bill perfectly at a cost that didn't break our bank.

Jira works great and allows to access and change boards very easily. It is a great way to communicate with the team due to the great features.

It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.

Helps categorize, filter, share issues with great ease. There are so many good features that I love, it's hard to list over a review.

The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.
