AkitaBox is very user friendly and easy to navigate for administration, users, and service requester's.

That's why what I love most about AkitaBox, is that it allows me to perform my management tasks and installation analysis comfortably anywhere I am from my mobile phone.

What I like most is the software's compatibility with AutoDesk® Revit, as I can quickly and easily import data about the assets in my structures and examine them in 3D.

It is difficult to decide which feature I like the most of AkitaBox, because it is a very complete and amazing software that has many good things.

Akitabox comes with a customizable dashboard which encourages it's usability, comes with a mobile app which also improves the usability as it is easy to manage assets at the comfort of your phone.

The best thing about AkitaBox is its intuitive user interface, which makes it easy for facility managers to access and manage building information, automate work orders, and track asset performance.

I like the ability to pin assets to map locations, giving us the exact locations of our property. The inspections and preventative maintenance organization is pretty nice as well.

We have just started to initiate and integrate the AkitaBox system into our operations. So far, the experience has been outstanding and we are already seeing improvements in our operations.

Intuitive, easy to understand, quick deployment fantastic graphic interface with building and assets.

Say for instance, the complaint is about the air-conditioning unit not cooling properly.

This is a great product and at a great price point. Our staff finds it very intuitive and productivity appears to  be trending up.

Akitabox ia an important tool to my company for management, maintenance and capital control. Its an easy to use with ease on third party integration.

Akitabox mobile app is little slow I don't know maybe is it's version, while running akita seems to lag and break sequences, with this sorted on later versions, akitabox will serve me greatly.

The thing I like most about Akitabox is its ability to tie everything together. Work orders, assets, maps, & comments.

It is very streamlined and gives me a lot of great customization options. I love the document import feature.

Lack of two-way communication, which just got implemented this week.

While the software does have a mobile app, I found it to be somewhat limited in terms of functionality compared to the web-based platform.

Not being able to bulk edit asset types across all of our buildings is a bit annoying.

Having used the tool for more than a year now on both desktop and mobile phone,it works well and the only thing i could point out is its a bit sluggish at times.

Pain free...there response time on any question i ask is always less than 12 hours. More often then not I receive a response within  the hour I request it.

Excellent support and questions are answered quickly and efficiently.

I like the mapping portion. It's nice to see exactly where the work needs to be performed.

Ease of use and customer support, the Megamation staff are always proactive they call us regularly to see if there is anything we need, whenever we have a question they are always prompt and helpful.

Support team has seemed genuinely happy to help me anytime I ask. They are quick and efficient in their support and come up with great ways to use the system to help me.

Having 24 hour support is fantastic. The support Staff is always helpful and they are quick to fix my issues.

Having MegaMation Directline is like a custom built system tailored for your specific needs at an off the shelf price. We are the APPA 2011 Effective and Innovative Practices Award winner.

Well supported and continually improving CMMS.

The software (administrative portion) is not the easiest to use and the reporting is a bit clunky.

It helped us move from papers to paperless, easy to look up information if you know what you're looking for. Costumer service is excellent.

I like the work order console concept and how it presents your WOs to you, arranged how you like it. I like having multiple windows open while I am working on different things.

I also like that it is a lease product. To keep a good customer base requires satisfied customers.

Unable view picture of equipment along with the equipment information. No print function for PM's unless the WO is scheduled.

Very professional CMMS with excellent support. Gives up great method to track, schedule and document preventative maintenance.

The system is a stand alone installation and is not integrated with our ERP software. This has made it difficult to use the pruchasing and inventory modules available in the program.

I have a very good idea of what maintenance activities are being done in my group. It's straight forward to schedule the maintenance.

The software is suited to best fit the needs of my company. As we grow this software grows with it.

Limited availability of KPIs or visual reporting. Export data has to be manipulated in Excel to produce charts and graphs; the raw data is difficult to interpret quickly.
