It's a good tool to track assets and see who has what and if the asset is available.

This is a great asset management software, especially if you get adequate training.

It’s very easy to use and very simple to set up once you know what you’re doing. The customer service team are also very good and are happy to show you how to do something if you’re stuck.

I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.

The fixed asset module is a great supplement to the fixed asset tracking we have used in the past, and saves a good amount of time at the end of each month tracking down items.

My only negative is when I have connection issues with my service. I sometimes have to wait to log info.

This make it really easy to look through the history of a customer or asset. It’s very customisable not only from the layout of the forms but to the automated communication to the customers.

On the rare occasion when Formatize is inaccessible due to online issues, that can be frustrating.

Lack of personal contact in the initial stages of training. This has now been rectified with their new training options.

The team at Formitize are a pleasure to deal with and genuinely care about meeting the customer's needs.

Has the capability of being great, just is not there yet. If all features worked to the advertised product then it would be a positive review.
