It's a good tool to track assets and see who has what and if the asset is available.

This is a great asset management software, especially if you get adequate training.

It’s very easy to use and very simple to set up once you know what you’re doing. The customer service team are also very good and are happy to show you how to do something if you’re stuck.

I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.

It definitely makes my life easier and quicker and it allows me to do it at any time which is good. Also the email/response system is great and easy to help you keep track of what you have requested.

I love the customizable reports and asset tags. I also love the tie-in with my customer support ticket system.

Being able to track our devices and connect with our Active Directory made this an easy sell. I love the integration and the ease of tracking devices with the app and scanning.

Once you delete an item you will loose the item number.

I believe the greatest benefit is the ability to track sentrilocks which cost a lot of money. When it works, its very helpful and tracking.

Before selecting it, we looked at one other software. What we loved about it was the ability to customize it without having to call support for help.

The program covers a lot of important functions that are not included in all asset tracking software on the market for a very affordable price.

We are having some trouble getting the mobile interface to do what we need. It tends to be unresponsive or difficult to navigate.

EZ Office Inventory is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. I appreciate that it's easy to have access to the inventory, as a user, and request specific items by loading them into a cart.

The simplicity of feeling like I'm shopping on Amazon while adding inventory to my current or reserved cart is a fantastic user friendly experience.

Collision between the app and website check out sometimes still have equipment booked on my name even when I checked in.

I have had a great experience with EZ Office inventory. It is super helpful for our company since our employees are remote and we are sending out a lot of equipment.

I love how easy it is to understand this software. Everythig is intuitive and the customer service reps answer calls in a timely manner.

The fact that you are unable to request a product for longer than one week, which I understand but it is also a struggle constantly having to re-request the same products.

The fixed asset module is a great supplement to the fixed asset tracking we have used in the past, and saves a good amount of time at the end of each month tracking down items.

My only negative is when I have connection issues with my service. I sometimes have to wait to log info.

Poor user interface, inflexible, poor reporting, despite the platform and interface update, a significantly less successful implementation of a CMMS compared to Pemac 4/5.

Pemac is a maintenance specific system which has the ability to cover all Maintenance requirements.

Report is also not adaptable and is hard to get the relevant information.

The interface of PEMAC dashboard is very user friendly and intuitive. I also like that only area that users have access to are shown to them which simplifies training.

The nice thing about Pemac was its ease of use. For midsize companies it was intuitive and easy to train new employees.

Also, having a paper-based equipment file system is difficult to maintain and upkeep. PEMAC allows us to keep all of the equipment PM and calibration files electronically.

It will automatically produce PM's and you can add a resource person to carry out the work. Good for using for parts tracking.

The demo was very impressive and comprehensive leading to the purchase of the software.

Easy to learn and very flexible system. Have yet to utilize all features but so far so good.

System a lot more user friendly especially for my role as a planner.

The feedback is to be completed after each block of training. The videos are not inclusive of all the function.

The easy to use structure of linking a request to a work order to a purchase order.

It is still early days but the feedback from users has been good. Interaction with PMI has been a pleasure in every aspect from sales through development/delivery and support.

The Export to excel speed in the report feature is awesome.

The ability to control, record and manage the maintenance department within designated budgets.

This in my opinion is what makes Pemac work. Pemac 5 works very well in the background but the help desk is used by everyone to drive the system forward inputting all the information and histoy.

Pemac is very beneficial in our business for documenting history records of plant and equipment.

Because of the link between work orders and purchase orders it ensure that goods received are correctly allocated to each job and minimum stock levels can be held reducing our holding costs.

The unplanned ticketing system is very helpful as well, giving most of the site access as a simple user with limited access to be able to submit an equipment maintenance ticket for unplanned events.

Software is easy to use. Involved in the validation and the support received from PEMAC was excellent.

Very poor, will look to move as soon as it possible need to get the timing right to avoid impacting  our own business.

The Pemac Help desk is a very user friendly system, Basic and to the point.

Some big time savers were missed by not having a bulk import template available. Some very tedious manual entry was required after migration from Pemac 5.

Changes made to modules without any consultation with customer and very poor follow up and support to put fixes in place.
