  • Pros

  • The 3CLogic technology is powerful and works well. I have had excellent service from their tech support staff, too.
  • The user interface of the administrator portal is goodl it's very intuitive. Our agents like the client portal, as well.
  • Cons

  • There are so many issues - from caller id not working to leads not being recognized to the unexplainable. It's just been a horrible experience.

  • The ability to have the customer as the focus and centralized around them is fantastic, it is the best system for customer support that I have used in 20 years.
  • Reliability, ease of use, efficiency, customer profile management, communication history via all channels, integration.
  • Cons

  • Inability to use external signatures in Gladly.
  • It takes a while to adjust to the layout and design, and you have to be cautious to not have multiple tabs of it open or it will effect your analytics.
