I have been very impressed with the service that the team provides for Acceptance Rentals needs.

You do not need to have an IT person in-house to complete the integrations whick is why I love 3CLogic product/service.

When I have asked for enhancements or features, they have all come at a ridiculous price, even some that I would consider 'fixes' more than 'features.

I have complete confidence that 3CLogic will continue to implement the latest features and continue their amazing support to help my Contact Center grow.

The 3CLogic technology is powerful and works well. I have had excellent service from their tech support staff, too.

The customization of reports and ease of login to the cloud-based system from any location is an advantage.

I've used about five other CRM/Dialer systems, and can tell you that none of them are perfect. What attracted me to 3C was the fact that they offered integration for my current CRM.

They take the extra time to help us understand the issue and assist us in learning things about the system that we are not aware of.

Always available and willing to help for as long as needed. Amazing robust product for a better price than similar products.

Overall we are very pleased and would recommend switching to this system if you haven't already.

All in all, I recommend 3CLogic. If you have an open API CRM like Salesforce or Sugar, 3CLogic is an excellent choice.

It really keeps my team member on their toes with the easy user friendly reporting system.

The user interface of the administrator portal is goodl it's very intuitive. Our agents like the client portal, as well.

There are so many issues - from caller id not working to leads not being recognized to the unexplainable. It's just been a horrible experience.

They are always willing to help and also teach me to help in the future. The ticketing system is very easy to use and is promptly responded to and updated.

Through a referral we were turned onto 3C Logic about 18 months ago. What a positive experience, from the technology to the superb and prompt US based customer service.

Two-ish years later and that is still true--the tech support as well as our account rep are really great, very quick to respond to our issues and dedicated at solving them.

It's a lot of work to change, requiring training and other obstacles, but their solution is so poorly designed that I have no choice.

They are extremely helpful and if they cannot assist they immediately escalate the issue to get the problem solved in a very timely manner.

Most of them have been difficult to work with and have poor or almost non-existent customer service. Then we discovered 3C Logic.

The software has been really easy to use and learn. There have been a few things that took some time to figure out, but the 3C team has been extremely helpful.

Following implementation, 3CLogic has continued to work with us to develop additional capabilities and automation. Their customer support is fast, knowledgeable and effective.

Running a large call center we have tried many other cloud contact services. Needless to say, most all were a disaster and had a negative impact on our business.

Talkdesk is fairly easy to use and offers a significant amount of customization and robust functionality. The user experience is quite intuitive and overall it operates consistently.

For it is the best in its field it is definitely above other software of the same kind and its price is quite affordable for the work it does.

The ease of use is great - there is no time needed to train new staff, you can log in and start working/calling straight away. The integration with CMR was easy too.

There are some features that cannot be customized by the end user and must be modified by support personnel, this can be frustrating at times.

Having a dashboard so visibly appealing and easily usable is fantastic.

When listening to recordings, the caller and agent voices go between 2 speakers on the headphones and its a bit irritating.

What I like the most about TalkDesk is the functionality and seamless integration between the Talkdesk bar and Salesforce.

I really enjoy talkdesk's admin panel,  it is very easy to work with and their support is amazing.

TalkDesk took me from 4 independent systems into one. Not only did it provide an improved end-user experience but it improved efficiency significantly which has directly lead to FTE savings.

Love how easy it is to use and the fact that its easy to go back and listen to the calls that are recorded, as well as easy to share.

Its hard to toggle between web & widget mode and an error often occurs. I think the app gets confused about what I'm trying to do.

There are some bugs that come up every once in a while that are sort of annoying.

I hate having to click more than I need to just to make a call, and it burdened me when I was trying to power down my list.

Sound quality is superb and I love how straightforward/easy it is to interact with the interface.

I think it is the best company out there because they do it right and clearly see their employees as assets.

So I've had a few times where clients try to call me but talkdesk on its own went offline without notifiying me and I missed the calls.

Good product, always improving, good customer service, easy to rollout and administer.

While I would like to see some changes to StudioFlow and other Administrator functions TalkDesk still offers one of the best VoIP systems currently available for the price.

I like the ease with which I can manipulate the reporting dashboard. I appreciate the fact that I can customize it to fit my needs.

The best feature for me is the Salesforce integration.

I like that this software is easy to navigate and I usually have a reliable connection with whomever I am on the phone with.

The inability to add a call on the other line without it being a transfer, the inability to access settings while in a call, inability to add notes to a call while doing a warm transfer.

Talkdesk is a cloud-based call center solution that helps businesses improve customer satisfaction while simultaneously reducing customer support costs. It uses interactive voice response (IVR), automatic call distribution (ACD) and skills-based routing, callers are routed to the agent who is most qualified to meet the needs based on customizable data.


Talkdesk displays the caller's name, image, contact information, purchase history and contact history in the agent's browser in real-time so they can personalize their conversations. The system automates tasks so a new profile is created whenever a new contact calls. When a call is missed, Talkdesk sends an email containing call data, a voicemail recording and a transcription. Managers and agents are also able to make data-driven decisions with call monitoring, call recording, and real-time and historical reporting.


The system integrates with several different programs including InfusionSoft, Salesforce, Desk.com, Zendesk and Shopify. Price is per rep per month. Support is offered via knowledge base, email and phone.
