  • Pros

  • The interface makes it easy to set up. Live transfer is extremely useful.
  • Lots of great data points, post campaigns, and great reports. Online login and setup is great when working remotely.
  • Cons

  • It results in unwanted marketing emails to people who aren't potential customers.
  • Our lead managers who use this tool complained that it was difficult to track conversations. They felt that the inbox wasn't as user-friendly.

  • Strong call cadences to organize the volume of calls per lead. The ability to create custom lead list that bilateral sync with Salesforce.
  • The ability to have dialer that we can punch in any number to dial.
  • Cons

  • Lack of intuitiveness, bugs, and overall garbage platform.
  • Difficult to pull specific details on call metrics. For example if you want to pull list of the phone numbers you dialed that day you can’t, you can only see the the call total.
