I am able to keep track of enrollment, parent/child data, and communicate with my staff and families. It really helps to ensure that the children and families are receiving the best care possible.

It has been such a wonderful software to use at our center to store data and communicate. Out of all the childcare software I have used in the past, CareDay is hands down the BEST.

In all aspects it is super easy to navigate and use which is great especially for those who are not super tech savvy.

The system is very intuitive and our staff and parents love the ease of use and the wide breadth of functionality available.

We can build out our projections for the upcoming year with confidence, which is a great feeling.

My dislikes of CareDay are not being notified when a family has scheduled a tour, I would like to receive some type of notification that one has been scheduled to get it added to my calendar.

My overall experience with CareDay has been exceptional. I love the ease of use from an administrator perspective and I love the live updates from the parent perspective.

Ve been using the CareDay  for some time now, and I must say, I love it. It’s been an incredible tool for keeping communication seamless and efficient.

I'm impressed with how easy it was to log in (I used my Google account), and right away my daughters profile was set up and easy to see the updates her caretakers were providing throughout the day.

I love the scheduling and billing integration. It is so easy to project monthly revenue for budgeting purposes.
