Overall, we are very pleased with Crafts, and although we have only been using it for a short period of time, we really like it's design and flexibility.

The process for billing, tracking and processing payments, and the underlying encryption and security of the information in our portfolio . Additionally, the process in managing our families and enrolments is intuitive and robust. There are still many new things I am discovering daily, but overall I am very happy with the software. It is stressful when switching over to new management software, but the support we received from [sensitive content hidden] and his team during our set up phase (we actually just starting using Crafts March 1st 2024 after initial training and rollout) was above and beyond my expectations. They are very responsive to any queries, and their support training videos are great reference resources during the initial start up phase. I would recommend their product without reservation!

None so far, meets our needs, has flexibility, and great support

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team have been incredibly accommodating despite our exacting standards and seemingly impossible demands. CRAFTS is a pretty comprehensive program unlike anything else on the market. It is intuitive and user friendly and once you get your hands on it I can see that you can really do so much; save time, paper and reduce errors.

I love that this program is cloud based so our home child care providers can access it from anywhere with a computer, tablet or phone. With attendance now in the hands of the parents and providers there is less room for error. The interface is visually attractive and intuitive so the training is easier. We can set reminders for everything so that we don't forget students' birthdays, rate changes or providers' certification renewals. The ability to interface with Bambora to accept EFT payments has been a big help which will certainly cut down on the need for collections.

Because it is a cloud-based program and not a completely customized program there are a few work-arounds that we have to do in billing. In all fairness though, we have very unique needs that many clients wouldn't require.

We were looking for a way to move our daycare reporting and attendance and communication with parents online as well as making billing a simpler process and CRAFTS is just what we were looking for.

Some of the features have taken some time to get used to and doing so much online takes some adjustments

The product is very user-friendly, convenient, and all-encompassing. It helps us execute transactions with students' parents seamlessly. The customer service and support have been instrumental in helping us understand and take full advantage of the benefits of CRAFTS. With this software, we are able to focus less on running our school as a business and more on running it as a place of learning. CRAFT takes away all of the tedious hassles of administration.

It can be confusing at times to navigate but in moments like these, the customer service we have received has been exceptional.

Deciding on a childcare software program was a process. CRAFTS was chosen for the ease of use and the ability to have multiple locations within one program. The offsite access to information has assisted in management decision making. The support to staff and management for our many questions, training and requests has been outstanding!

Staff are continually adjusting to the way the program is designed and not how the company processes have been setup for years.

I love how intuitive the platform is. It helped manage my whole daycare (my employees, billing, children enrollement) and reduced my administrative hours by a huge amount.It is so simple to understand and easy to adapt to - it truly is a life saver and is very reasonably priced for all the features we have compared to similar programs.Also, the CRAFTS team was very present throughout the whole implementation which made the process even easier.

Transitioning online was a challenge and needed some adaptation but the team was there to guide through which made it way less intimidating

I cannot recommend this system and its service team enough. We had to convince our board of directors, executive director and staff that the transition would be worth their time and effort. It absolutely was.

What we appreciate most about this software was the service that we received from CRAFTS tech team. this was a huge endeavour, to get all of our programs transitioned to an online data management program. CRAFTS took into consideration our licensing requirements, a global pandemic, and every need we discovered, they took it quickly under consideration and made the amendments essential to our program

The staff login in has been difficult to implement at this time.

Billing is flexible, user friendly and efficient. We hope to explore other features more fully in time.

Overall Ease of use, Canadian Product, we are very new users and have not yet explored all the features this software has to offer.

Attendance tracking is not as customizable as I would like.

It is very user friendly. Everything you need is clearly laid out for you. The staff is also extremely responsive and helpful. I know that if I ever have a problem, it will be fixed ASAP.

Learning all of the tricks was challenging but once I was walked through it a few times, it was easy to do.

Very good product. Let's me see pictures, account statements, etc which is very convenient.

I love how the parent portal gives me the option to help myself without having to call in and request information. I can even schedule vacation days.

I don't really have any cons. I guess it would be nice to pay fees with a credit card but I think it's disabled for us.

CRAFTS has made my days a lot more efficient. I am able to have all the information I need right on the platform, I am able to communicate with the parents right away as I can send them e-mails and text messages right in the platform and can write down any observations I have. It helps me also see the progress my kids are making and I can log all the fun activities I have done with them!

What I like most about this product is that it is a much more efficient way to track everything I need to do! It is an all in one platform for daycares and makes communication with parents a lot easier and in real-time.

Personally, I do not feel as though this product has any cons so far. It has just made my life a lot easier.

I would definitely recommend Crafts to other educators as it really simplifies everything whether it is through getting quick information about a specific child, taking the attendance, communicating quickly with one of the parents and keeping everything in track. You can find everything you need all in one place.

When using the Crafts' portal, everything is clear and easy to understand. It makes the communication with the children's parents easier. We can also have easy access to child details, attendance, and observation tracking.

Haven't found anything that I don't like about Crafts yet!

The product is easy to set up and if you do need help the tech support is fantastic.

Loading my signature and consents was a bit tricky, however, Tristina was fantastic at helping me.

Going from paper to online about my Childcare records, Daily attendance also.

it is easy to use for information entry.

No feature about sending reports monthly.
