Cataloging and keeping in touch with parishioners has been awesome and easy. Keeping track of financials and contributions was made wasy also.

The only thing I dislike about this software is not being able to rewrite or reorganize some of the reports.

It's very intuitive with a good layout, good screen prompts and useful online help. The reports I use (contribution statements, various other reports on contributions) are clear and flexible.

IconCMO is very thorough in its application but the best thing is their customer service. I have been a customer for about 6 years and over the years have reached out numerous times for help.

I've had trouble finding the search function to look up a journal entry, and I have trouble searching anonymous cash gifts.

I like that I can add significant dates like baptism & confession of faith. I like that I can access it from my phone.

If I have a problem, the support is amazing and fast. Overall, the software is so easy to use and understand that I can catch on pretty easily.

We love multiple people having access from multiple places at the same time. It's integrated - we can move in and out of finance, membership, contributions easily and everything is available.

Some of the training manuals and videos are outdated which makes it hard to make necessary changes and updates.

It's more than capable of accomplishing a ministries needs. If someone is hard on this software they need to think about the price point, this does more than what someone is paying for.

Sometimes you have a hard time getting a call back or even an e-mail. Sometimes you have to refresh the statement page to get the dates to take.

I like that I can sign in anywhere and that our church members can access it if they so choose too. Very nice that it is web based.

The price point is spot on maybe even a little too low. Overall ease of use on a web format is good too.

Easy to use interface for online donations like Paypal, Givelify, they are always adding more. They imported all my members and was always there to answer any questions.

The videos are great to help you in any area that you are not familiar with.

Lag on communications function. The training videos do not cover enough of the functions and options.

You can do so much through the system. We have tried others but this is by far the better of them all.

WCC-Lite is a cloud-based church management solution created by web church connect. It offers a suite of applications to help churches manage multiple aspects of their organization, from members and donations to communications and ministries.


Members can access the church’s online directory, automate their donations, enroll in courses and events and submit prayer requests. The church’s system administrator grants access to members’ areas in order to ensure the security of personal information.
