  • Pros

  • The product is very easy to use and helps the team stay organized with everything as things can become very disorganized, easily.
  • You can create any kind of automation or workflow that you can dream up. This can save you an incredible amount of time in the long run.
  • Cons

  • Costs are always a concern for small nonprofits, and that's probably the only part of Salesforce that we struggled with.
  • Because it's a large company it can be difficult to get through the proper channels to get changes we've needed.

  • If you want to build an app and you don't know how to code, then Subsplash has a really great solution for you. They have lots of great features that you can build into an app.
  • Subsplash has developed one of the most user-friendly and affordable app interfaces for churches. We've been using it since 2010, and have always been impressed.
  • Cons

  • Lagging due to connectivity issues was periodically a problem.
  • That is my only complaint. I know they have to make their money somewhere though so it makes sense.
