- The team behind the scenes are always very pleasant and helpful, they respond to queries and fix any issues as quickly as possible (usually within a few hours).
- The system does everything we need to manage our members. Facility support team are excellent - knowledgeable, responsive, helpful.
Cons
- That we did not get it sooner, as we was losing money with not tracking memberships.
- It's an essential part of our business, it would be difficult to replace.
Pros
- The website is easy to use/manipulate and the best feature is the automatic payment system so we are not chasing down tuition on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Corrbar was able to schedule the tournament and work around some of our specific needs and the support staff was there at all times.
Cons
- The scheduler is the one piece of the software we continue to struggle with. Much of this is because we are utilizing it in a way it was not initially considered.
- The app does take some basic training especially if users have no experience with a content management system. Advanced communications (e.g., within teams, specific users) requires some practice.
