Please Improve the features

Efficient supportive team, easy user friendly interface

They listen to clients’ needs well, and so far (7 months in), they have been improving their system every single month which helps makes the booking process for clients and scheduling process for admin smoother. Appreciate this hard work a lot.

PROS

Company ran by honest people who are always quick to reply to any issues we face and to rectify issues. Hope this continues as they grow bigger..

CONS

More refining needed on automated reminders & still some glitches here and there, but am still happy with it so far. Nothing too serious that hinders my business operations.

Reasons for switching to Rezerv

Supported them from the start, but prices kept increasing yearly with no promises being kept despite multiple assurances + timeline given to me by them. Over time, they begin to outsource their helpline and it was less and less personal and issues kept getting swept under the rug.

Rezeve Review

Overall experience is great. The team is consistently revamping their offerings and are working on improving their product. Customisable features are not available yet.

PROS

Customer Service is responsive and the features are not complicated. Ability to use Rezeve as a booking platform & website builder is great.

CONS

Features are not very customisable. Website design is more or less fixed. Some lags in the system sometimes.

Rezeve was the best solution for our gym management at an affordable price.

For the price that we are paying and always feeling like we are the only gym they service, we are very happy with the choice to switch to Rezeve so far. Highly recommend to any size of gym/martial art business. Currently using for 2 outlets and 1 more in the near future.

PROS

The customer service is 100% the best we have ever encountered. Solutions are given almost immediately. Plus just being with them for slightly more than 6 months, there have been several feature updates (and more to come). They really listen to your business needs and cater to your preferences.

CONS

Certain features that we already had on Glofox that are not available on Rezeve just yet such as an online store on the website, push notifications on app, fpx payments (but have recently been available)

The best booking and payment platform

[sensitive content hidden] and the team are amazing, from the moment I had an intro call, he was available and showed me everything they offered. At first it was the price that attracted me as well as the fact it’s a local biz, and then when I commenced setup, I was blown away at the service they offered. The team continues to help me, with any issues (they are highly customer driven) Platform-wise- the setup was so easy and the team are always just a message away. It is easy to use and I can’t wait for the app launch.

PROS

The Rezeve team have created a fantastic platform that is not just affordable but user friendly and that looks great too. I love their attention to detail and super fast response, they have the best customer service! They have also added in several features that I requested to make my operations run more smoothly.

CONS

There is nothing I dislike because the team have rectified every issue that I have flagged.

Up and coming major player

Amongst major brands like Mindbody and Glofox, Rezeve is definitely up and coming. Our experience with them for the past few months have been collaborative and integrative so far. Communications for tech support under the same timezone, and knowing they have a physical office locally helps a lot! Looking forward to many of their upcoming features which will put them on another league with the big names :)

PROS

The entire team including their [sensitive content hidden] are prompt with responding and dedicated to solving problems and coming up with features that's helpful for end users.

CONS

There are still some important functions and features not yet available and in the making. This makes users need to workaround for now.

Excellent Gym Management System

It's been a fantastic experience so far using Rezeve for our studio management needs. Very user friendly and doesn't required a complex training on the system.

PROS

The platform is user-friendly and the interface is very easy to navigate. The team has been exceptional in providing support and taking any recommendations and feedbacks.

CONS

More features on CRM could be more beneficials such as email notification reminders about package expiration and birthday email.

One of the best booking platform so far!

PROS

I like how the team from Rezeve assisted the setup for me from the start. The platform is easy to use and understand. Any issues we had were also quickly resolved by the team. Kudos guys!
