The Appearance and ease of use make it pleasurable to use, because all navigation  controls are visible, clear and accessible.

Good application with good user experience, also the user interface is good. This is a great product if you don't want to customize.

It also has allowed us to go paperless. We now have the ability to quickly process work orders, manage them and also manage the invoice submission, approval and payment process more effectively.

We are very pleased with this product, would absolutely recommend getting it.

Now we can oversee every service call for every property we have (currently 110 locations) , we can now also actually pay our vendors on time.

I don't like how you have to click on each option besides scrolling with your keypad.

Also, any time I have contacted the actual customer service department, they have been extremely helpful.

Corrigo will pick it up and work with that date , the same issue if an email was input wrong in MRI then Corrigo will receive the wrong email.

It's relatively very easy to use and powerful. I really like how you can make your own custom reports to analyze data.

Corrigo has been great for tracking PM's and easy to fill out a work order when the PM has been completed.

The improvements and willingness of Corrigo Directors to take advice from users. The functionality of being able to use it on many internet platforms is great.

We can't wait to be upgraded to 9.x. 9 has a somewhat unappealing user interface that isn't the easiest to use.

There are features that are missing, such as searching for historical data specific to assets in order to determine real costs.

The thing I like the most is the freedom I have to make changes within the system. I appreciate the extensive the reporting features and the capabilities to export to different formats.

The only con I can think of is that if you input some information wrong in MRI.

The Setup and Usability of the Software, along with the ease of doing Work Requests VIA the Internet.

I realize some users are more or less advance with computer than others. Most of the users generally are shop/field users so they always struggle with using the software.

I like the ability to switch views, I mostly go between Datasheet and Tab. For the most part, figuring out how to use it is intuitive.

I like the functionality of it, easy to use and follow.

Extremely flexible and complete maintenance management database platform and excellent customer support.

It is an excellent system and very user friendly. It’s amazing how you can create reports based on any data that is entered into the system.

I have to look at many area because I use many sections. Lets start with inventory,  letting up quick parts is very easy.

I have not used other CMMS systems in my Industry experience, previously used Service Industry software. With that said I find it to be effective for what I need it to do.

I do find it quirky to use but...I am mostly self taught and suspect the quirks are related to how we have set up and use the various modules at the Administrative level.

I think iMaint is very sophisticated software and very detail.

I like the filter search options, I use these often.

My experience with DPSI support is however super. Top class, very helpful, and professional.

I think alot of work needs to be done with the reports. Many of your reports do not fit industrial applications so we have to modify them which at that point we loose support.
