Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The software is intuitive and very solid. Tons of features, more than one could possible use, which is great.
  • I have found this product to be user friendly and allows us to better serve our communities.
  • Cons

  • We still have money missing. A lot of features there isn’t a way to undo.
  • I will say the owners sometimes have trouble signing in, or remembering user name or password and we have to reset that on our end.

  • It has a very robust preventive maintenance module, and a strong PM program is the key to success in any facilities department.
  • You can talk to a programmer, if needed, on your first call. Sprocket software and technical support costs are very reasonable compared with most CMMS programs.
  • Cons

  • Mobile app has add no upgrades for over a year. This has meant no fixes to known bugs nor addition of enhancements.
  • There is no apparent way to import a large group of PM schedules.
