Being able to quickly and accurately measure our movement / growth within certain portfolios is invaluable. The snap shot allows us to tailor our dealings with each client / client group.

It would be cleaner and less confusion if there was just one way. Also, tasks can sometimes get lost in the system.

Overall a great software package that has improved our efficiency and effectiveness at keeping reports, making sure all jobs are done and being able to turn around quotes quickly and accurately.

We love that this program is user friendly, customisable, has an app interface & is super easy on the eye.

The changes that occur without warning. Uptick has specific rules in place and there is no way around manipulating them.

Adding properties and scheduling sites is very straight forward. It integrates well with Xero, and has made our live a lot easier.

The app used to sometimes crash in basements but the developer has fixed this by allowing tasks to be downloaded before heading out of service.

Overall happy and is a necessary tool to streamline and help with the accuracy of our work.

Uptick has been a saviour for Linkfire. Uptick has made the business function at a greater capacity and has played a big part in taking the business to the next level.

The favorites  home screen in which i can tailor it for the data I want to see at first glance is a huge benefit and make my morning review of workloads that much easier.

Scheduling tasks is super easy. I love the idea of the tech/task allocator.

It has simple and intuitive user experience, it had great solutions for workforce needs, the ability to automate the compliance of HR and attendance was helpful, great customer service.

Difficult to navigate while learning and setup.

The customer portal also can be quite difficult for clients.

It's ease of compliance reporting gives all users and end customers state of the art of reports and information.

I often find it difficult to filter for the correct information I am after.

I realize some users are more or less advance with computer than others. Most of the users generally are shop/field users so they always struggle with using the software.

I like the ability to switch views, I mostly go between Datasheet and Tab. For the most part, figuring out how to use it is intuitive.

I would suggest getting with buys on correct terms. Receiving is very easy as i just started that section.

I like the functionality of it, easy to use and follow.

Extremely flexible and complete maintenance management database platform and excellent customer support.

It is an excellent system and very user friendly. It’s amazing how you can create reports based on any data that is entered into the system.

I have to look at many area because I use many sections. Lets start with inventory,  letting up quick parts is very easy.

I have not used other CMMS systems in my Industry experience, previously used Service Industry software. With that said I find it to be effective for what I need it to do.

I do find it quirky to use but...I am mostly self taught and suspect the quirks are related to how we have set up and use the various modules at the Administrative level.

I think iMaint is very sophisticated software and very detail.

I like the filter search options, I use these often.

Didn't have to look much up because she knew everything Very personable, funny and was a joy to work with. She's what you would hope to have in customer service.

My experience with DPSI support is however super. Top class, very helpful, and professional.

I think alot of work needs to be done with the reports. Many of your reports do not fit industrial applications so we have to modify them which at that point we loose support.
