I really like the ease of use of content central.

Don't buy a system until you have spent some time reviewing this solution. Good price - good company - easy to use.

Sometimes runs slowly, if something is coded wrong would like to be able to change it.

The system is also available in a Hosted Solution so as to eliminate the upfront capital investment and be delivered as a fully functional SaaS solution.

Payment and invoices can all be scanned in and it is great for everyone to be able to lookup an invoice payment or anything else right from their computer.

If needing a document storage filing and a/p workflow approval process, and on a tight budget, this is a good option.

Just today, we heard back on a request we sent this morning, but it will be another day or two until someone can log into our network to see what the problem is.

We are using is for our HR filing system, and we find it problematic to move files from catalog to catalog.

You cannot learn how to use this if you are distracted by day to day operations.

We also use it to verify UPS charges to the customer's order by simply entering the UPS tracking number. Although I don't enter the tracking number in a specific field, the software finds it anyway.

When we first got the system, there would be times when scanned items were not available. There was a delay from the time we scanned the items to the time they were actually available to view.

We use it everyday in our office for imaging hard copy documents we use on a regular basis.

When rare issues arise, if it is not something already known by the vendor, response times can be a little lagging.

Ademero is constantly improving the user experience by leveraging the newest technologies for a seamless experience. The administration is straight forward and logical.

CC's support is courteous, knowledgeable, and generous, from free online chat to reasonably priced professional services, e.g. help writing xml capture code.

The service is difficult to reach immediately by phone.

The technical and support representative we were assigned has, in our opinion, become a valuable asset of our firm.

3 years ago I loved this company and would have given rave reviews. However, contacting support has become very difficult.

This one fit our needs perfectly because of its compatibility with our accounting software Great Plains, it is user-friendly and has workflow approval features that we were looking for.

I have even contacted sales to start my support request because I can always reach them. Once support contacts me, however, they are wonderful and always fix any issues I am having.

Content Central was easy to install and was very easy to implement.

It has a good balance of cost and features. Their API is feature rich allowing us to extend Contentful and tightly integrate it with our systems.

Stable, friendly configuration, data structure is clear, and have api auto configuration.

But by far the biggest pain is that there is no way for the user to simply access the CSS.

It provides a powerful open API integration that allows you to connect with any third party application. It makes it easy to configure our content workflow to fit today's needs.

The software is intuitive and easy to use, even for a beginner like me.

Contentful is a very easy to use solution for managing your content without having to develop a custom backend. It has many moderns features and a nice access control for your data.

I used Contentful for my own project. Some parts of the integration were a little bit difficult.

Very flexible tool when creating and managing content models. Easy to set up editorial workflows and a lot of helpful documentations how to do that.

I notice also that they don't offer phone support, only email. I can only imagine how frustrating they would be in action if they're this hard to get information out of before purchase.

There are aspects that are difficult, and sometimes hard to keep tabs on what is active and hard to back track if something does go wrong.

I have only used it for a small site though, but I am psyched to try it out with a larger project to really use it to its best potential.

Another issue I have is that it is hard to figure out where on a new page you are while you are editing it.

You can get lost if you don't know what you're doing.

Once I integrated contentful in my project, it was really easy to use and I think it's very useful and powerful.

It has allowed us to build custom integrations and applications on top of the platform, which has greatly increased our efficiency and allowed us to do more with our content.

The full website is managed through Contentful, which means a lot of different pages and content listed, and at times it can get confusing retrieving a page or even a paragraph you are looking for.

GraphsQL is great, and at last, Contentful is user-friendly and easy to understand for newbies.

Once your projet is set up, all is easy to use and allow user to contribute without IT knowledge. All contents provided are really good for all type of projet.

Contentful is a very cost-effective content management tool if you're not planning to add tons of content. It's easy to scale but can be pricy.

The ability to flexibly model content according to what our output needs are, rather than being constrained by a pre-defined model. The ease of adding translations.

Contentful comes really handy when you need to edit portions or paragraphs in your website. Besides, it supports a wide array of languages, which is a big plus when working with a multilingual team.

Overall, Contenful is a great content management system that's easy to use, secure, and scalable.
