I would recommend Conga for generating documents. It is a reliable, powerful software that plugs directly into Salesforce.

Thes best feature would be the flexibility and customization power of the tool. It uses templates with customizable fields to create and automate the policies to be maintained.

I find that the system is excellent and there support is even better.

It can be frustrating and time consuming to create presentations, as there's less features as compared to e.g. powerpoint.
