AkitaBox is very user friendly and easy to navigate for administration, users, and service requester's.

That's why what I love most about AkitaBox, is that it allows me to perform my management tasks and installation analysis comfortably anywhere I am from my mobile phone.

What I like most is the software's compatibility with AutoDesk® Revit, as I can quickly and easily import data about the assets in my structures and examine them in 3D.

It is difficult to decide which feature I like the most of AkitaBox, because it is a very complete and amazing software that has many good things.

Akitabox comes with a customizable dashboard which encourages it's usability, comes with a mobile app which also improves the usability as it is easy to manage assets at the comfort of your phone.

The best thing about AkitaBox is its intuitive user interface, which makes it easy for facility managers to access and manage building information, automate work orders, and track asset performance.

I like the ability to pin assets to map locations, giving us the exact locations of our property. The inspections and preventative maintenance organization is pretty nice as well.

We have just started to initiate and integrate the AkitaBox system into our operations. So far, the experience has been outstanding and we are already seeing improvements in our operations.

Intuitive, easy to understand, quick deployment fantastic graphic interface with building and assets.

Say for instance, the complaint is about the air-conditioning unit not cooling properly.

This is a great product and at a great price point. Our staff finds it very intuitive and productivity appears to  be trending up.

Akitabox ia an important tool to my company for management, maintenance and capital control. Its an easy to use with ease on third party integration.

Akitabox mobile app is little slow I don't know maybe is it's version, while running akita seems to lag and break sequences, with this sorted on later versions, akitabox will serve me greatly.

The thing I like most about Akitabox is its ability to tie everything together. Work orders, assets, maps, & comments.

It is very streamlined and gives me a lot of great customization options. I love the document import feature.

Lack of two-way communication, which just got implemented this week.

While the software does have a mobile app, I found it to be somewhat limited in terms of functionality compared to the web-based platform.

Not being able to bulk edit asset types across all of our buildings is a bit annoying.

Having used the tool for more than a year now on both desktop and mobile phone,it works well and the only thing i could point out is its a bit sluggish at times.

Pain free...there response time on any question i ask is always less than 12 hours. More often then not I receive a response within  the hour I request it.

Excellent support and questions are answered quickly and efficiently.

I like the mapping portion. It's nice to see exactly where the work needs to be performed.

We sometimes have difficulty with the invites not going through to our subs.

It has help us manage our bids and subcontractor information a lot better. For me, it is a very help tool.

There is a lot of follow up to maintain contacts. Some subcontractors just simply ignore the notifications they receive.

They say they have had negative experiences with other such websites.

Customer support is top notch - instant. Easy to reach a braod base or targeted audience quickly.

It's easy to use to manage subcontractor information. Sending links to plans and specs.

From the first invitation issued, we have received great bid response, which means winning more jobs, which is the goal. The cost is very competitive.

The software is VERY easy to use both for the General Contractor and the subcontractors.

We liked that our company could send out all requests for bid to sub contractors in one location and the bidders don't know who else you are ending requests too.

It's been a useful software but their customer service is FANTASTIC. I always feel like my questions are given priority and handled in a timely manner.

The ability to manage and see every interaction (with time/date stamps) along the process is very beneficial. It is simple to use and intuitive so that makes bringing people up to speed easy.

My overall experience with PipelineSuite Bid Management has been excellent. It is easy to use, help is always available if you have questions.

In the beginning there was a lot of kicked back emails - that has been corrected for the most part. The only thing that is a pain is modifying text and formatting within the text fields.

Easy to add companies and send out bid invitations.

A helpful person a phone call away. Pipeline was a perfect fit for our team, we aren't a big company but we send out enough invitations to bid to make this cost effective.

This software is very limited and repetitive. If we want to send invites to a specific vendor, we have to list that vendor in each sub category and select from the sub category.

Going to the webpage on a mobile device is a waste of time and I end up having to wait to get to a computer.

We reviewed several different options. From pricing to functionality this was hands down the best option.

As a company - I feel man hours are saved on the bidding in - because every bit of info we need is all in one place.

On those occasions when we needed help with an issue, Pipeline's customer support was very responsive in getting the issue resolved.

Subcontractor Notes are difficult to access when bidding and adding bidders.
