Structure seamlessly allows you to gather information from accounts payable, payroll, and job costing to billing customers. This is a great program when job costing is a priority.

There inst really anything I dislike about the software.

We started using STRUCTURE in 2001, and have had a great experience right from the start. Ease of use and customer service are the two qualities that come to mind when describing the software.

I like that it is user friendly and easy to navigate. If and when I do have an issue, I like that I can call the call center and get online/screen grab feature to help me out.

In order to keep it simple sometimes features are missing but the essentials are there and with every update we get more and more features.

The customer service is awesome, I love that they can log in and help you solve issues that cannot be fixed over the phone.

When evaluating job cost/accounting software, one of the features that is very important is the report writing capabilities.

I have always been impressed with the staff at C/F Data and the fact that I am still dealing with the same people after all these years is a true testament to the quality of the company.

Bent use the AP, AR, GL, Purchase Orders, Payroll, Work Orders, and Project Management modules, all the modules integrate seamlessly. Their support is outstanding and they listen to their users.

I give Structure my highest recommendations; Ease of use, excellent customer service, and Cutting edge technology - what more could you ask for.

Being able to print service reports is a great feature. Tech link is a great function and has added more flexibility and timely billing to our system.

I can only give my opinion on the basic software. Saying that I feel it is a good program for what it can do.

They were with me every step of the way supportive and inquisitive; making sure I was making the best use of their product.

Ease of use and the ability to adjust the modules and reports is very helpful.

It is very easy to learn, and it is all integrated. If there is ever an issue, the customer support team is very helpful, and will not let you walk away until the problem is fixed.

When there's a problem it doesn't give you much info.

We cannot say enough good things about the support staff. They are patient, kind, understanding and funny.

AIA invoices you can't make corrections after you post them you have to void them and it is too time consuming. Statement are hard to read per our customers.

I would HIGHLY recommend C/F Data Systems to any company looking to improve their bottom line, because they are fantastic.

The program is easy to navigate and the C/F Data staff is always ready to help with any questions or suggestions. Their programs are a great tool that makes my job much more efficient and time saving.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.
