COINS SM has allowed our service team to step away from an outdated, manual, paper-intensive process to a fully integrated, paperless, mobile supported process.

We pay close to 2,000 employees weekly and we have a mix of union and non-union jobs.

Coins is also easy to use overall and helps us manage our jobs from forecasting to tracking actual job costs. Mobile tech is another great feature that makes it easier for our service department.

This software was super easy to install, didn't take a lot of space and very user friendly. I am able to keep all my bids in order.

The ease to run reports for things such as Jobs, AP & Employee Services is very user friendly. The test environment is very helpful especially when it is time to upgrade system.

It is Fully Web-Based and takes advantage of canned API and Webservices to connect to other software’s that we utilize.

I liked that that software was cloud based and had a user friendly interface.

I also do not believe that we should have to pay to have a report made or modified, that we are paying the bi-annual license fees and have already paid for the program itself.

The schedule transfer between online and the main program is a little difficult to maneuver, especially trying to update the online schedule in the main program, and vice versa, does not work.

The amount of things it offers and the ability to integrate with my other programs, quickbooks, plan swift.

I am pleased with the program, it has given us a more professional look and organizes our estimates in a concise format.

Simplicity and ease of use. Easy to move around in the software.

The product support is excellent. There's lots of excellent training videos and great tech support when needed.

This product is very easy to use. Never using software of this kind before, I picked it up very easy.

It allows me to create estimates quickly, again once set up, that are easy to track and integrates with Quickbooks. I have great cost history now as well.

Overall, the software is satisfatory. However, it would be unfair to say that it was just satisfatory when I have yet to explore all of the potential value that it may have.

Software is pretty easy to use once it is set up and if you pay for support the support is very helpful.

Software has some glitches at times. I constantly get errors about different formulas having errors when opening estimates.

Great software backed by great customer service. Wish licence fees and Totalcare packages were offered in Canadian currency.

Some printing features were lost in the new version. There's also a loss of decimal places for multipliers in the new estimate version.

The estimate should be archived even if deleted, mistakes happen.

Easy of estimating and project docs. Enter the estimate and all the construction documents are pulled from there.

As an estimate and proposal software, I think UDA does a good job gathering the data and creating a nice result to present the client.

UDA will WREAK HAVOC on your contacts in Outlook. It does a terrible job of managing husband/wife or partner/partner situations.
