The ability to compare design methodologies at the click of a mouse is a great feature.

Bugs, we have had issues on a number of times, ie rendering errors. This has impacted on deliverables and meant we had to revert back to the manual process.

I had the pleasure of a free trial for the software after seeing it advertised on LinkedIn and having a positive discussion and interactive training with both [SENSITIVE CONTENT.

H2X was easily integrated into our business to fast-trak engineering processes we do within our field of hydraulics. The system is simple and easy to understand, and provides an array of information.

There are no warnings within the planning tab advising of the potential to move .pdf backgrounds within the H2X model, nor is there an option (that we found) to lock the .pdf back grounds into place.

Very happy with the software, it has allowed a high degree of accuracy and repeatable within our design process.

So far we are very happy, it gives us more confidence with design as well as the ability to review other options easily without having to go into detailed calculations.

We understand that this is a web based program that enables H2X to be centrally controlled and located, however this is also an issue for those users with unstable / unreliable internet connectivity.

I have used the software on two projects, a residential project and a care home, it has been a pleasure to use and I will defiantly not be changing back to previous pieces of software I have used.

Automatic cost estimation and bill of quantities is a fantastic and informative inclusion.

Like every program, there are tricks a tips to increase productivity and ease of use. The friendly and helpful staff are more than willing to help you adapt and progress with your operation of H2X.

The support is amazing and most importantly ongoing. We are finding it a great way of cross checking  and undertaking detailed QA on critical areas of a design.

Integration with revit software will also reduce drafting lead times, and a bonus as its sized prior to input.

Can be a bit 'clunky' at times, Unknown errors pop up from time to time. No confirmation of errors in design mode.

I was surprised at the easy with which I was able to start using the software and produce the desired results. It is intuitive and very user friendly.

Good interface, its online based, customer support, the speed of use, the confidence it gives more junior staff.

It is great that i can get a grad/intern to use it and get going relatively quickly, then i can come in and tweak to get the final answers, i don't have to go through the ins and outs of calculations.

H2X has proved to be a useful and powerful tool to add to our office. The basic operation of the program is easy to adopt and the learning curve is reasonably linear.

Being able to size and anayise pipework sizes and test pressures and pump duties required in real time has been very efficient and has also increased confidence in the design.

Being cloud based and not being tied down to a specific desktop is very useful. The ability to output to Revit is a fantastic time saver.

Excellent service and excited to see what the future additions will bring provide.

I foundH2X very intuitive. It feels like a 21st century software and has an app like appeal, It is very easy and quick to use and takes a lot less time to teach new engineers how to use the software.

When doing very large projects, if you make a mistake in the design it can be hard to find the fault.

The software is very easy to use though. No difficulties in drafting and setting up the project.

Simple and easy to use and saves hours on re-design/recalculating when the architect changes the floor plans.

The software is easy to use and the Customer service is fantastic. They are ready to help with quick responses.

I find it very hard to use it for jobs with more than 1000 fixtures. Integration functions don't work for big jobs.

Sometimes the error warnings may not be pertinent to the project for some reason, but there is not an option to hide or turn these off.

So far incredibly postive, customer focussed, easy to communicate with, and invested in my success.

The ability to review content during the process and alter small items with minimal  fuss.

H2X has dramatically cut down our design and calculation times and allows us to easily trial different system configurations to help select the most appropriate.

I started a trail version, got a wee demonstration from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was more than happy to help with any questions I had, in an extremely timely manner.

On-screen takeoff is a separate program and has some difficulty transferring data.

Excellent estimating program. Once you get started, it's pretty intuitive and semi-self-explanatory.

Overall a good product that does what it advertises.

I have been using EBM for about a year now and I have grown to LOVE it. This software is extremely user-friendly.

This is the only product on the market with a user interface that makes the estimating logical. Vision Infosoft is great to work with.

This is a great, no non-sense tool that helps me get my job done and be more efficient. Highly recommended for the experienced estimator that needs to crank out estimates in a short time frame.

I like how easy it is to make temporary Items. I also like how accurate the labor times are on the install of material.

The initial loading of the program is difficult, requiring IT expert.

Good product for the price. We will continue to use EBM at our company and recommend trying it out.

Worth every penny invested in this software, having the right tools to prepare your bid will increase your chances to win it and your investment shall be returned with no time.

That it's a good thing to keep records and material on but for bidding just too much to fill out in order to make a proper bid. And the cost is ridiculous.

Overall I am happy with my choice and would recommend this to others.

I also like the ability to have the labor units calculated for me, as well as being able to adjust them depending on the circumstances. I wish I would have invested in Electrical Bid Manager sooner.

We landed two of the first four projects we bid on with the software, and we are very encouraged by the early results. I love how everything is organized and contained within the program.

The program is intuitive and very user friendly. It has proven to be helpful for estimators in training especially.

Limited access to database in standard edition.

Great integration with windows, if you are familiar with Microsoft Windows and the office suite, then it is really easy to navigate the software.

It's a great product, is very accurate, and customer support has been great. It is nice to actually have someone answer the phone that speaks English when you have a simple question.

Familiarity, relevant features, ease of use, integration with PlanSwift.

We like it best because of the ease of use in working with other clients that use the same software. When you use our services, you get our knowledge of the software as well.

The program is quite easy to navigate and find your way on it. We liked it very much and felt good to get out money's worth.
