How user friendly and customer friendly it is.

When we have software problems it takes way to long to get ahold of someone to help with the issue. And when we do finally get ahold of someone its crazy how hard it is for you to fix issues.

We now have the ability to dispatch, service, job cost, and quote from one platform.

We really love the software and it has helped us grow our roofing service work substantially. What we don't like is the customer service.

I was not real happy with this but Jobba/FCS always were right on top of the issues and always remedied the issues promptly. I can say enough about the customer services representatives.

FCS overall is user friendly and not difficult to learn. The Jobba team is regularly providing updates to add new features, and individual customer support is available when needed.

When error messages appear there is too much research to find out what the issue is in order to solve the error.

Always polite and very helpful and always very knowledgeable about how to solve issues.

My overall experience is pretty good. Like I said, customer service is spot on.

Glitches on the mobile side often frustrate our field teams. Sometimes photos will not load, or they are constantly logged out of the program and have to re-start a report.

Connectivity is an ongoing problem. Integration with apple products.

Photo resolution sucks- We use Company Cam instead and we shouldn't have to.

When scheduling work, it is normal for properties with a lower grade rating to take much longer on service calls.

Staff is super friendly, the system has a lot of convenience and ease of use.

Its great because its roofing specific. Has alot of room for improvement.

The technology helps put this company into the twenty first century. Very professional output and ease of use.

What I like about OST is it’s easy to use you can get the hang of the Badi oh very quickly and it helps you count items onscreen from a pdf plan or TIFF file. Measures distances, counts and areas.

Product is a bit on the pricey side - but is definitely very effective and I would recommend to anyone doing digital take offs.

I been using it for ten years OST Takeoff and Quick bid it seems to work fine but i just  require substantial time to synchronize both products.

Excellent tool for accurate compilation of quantities from pdf's. I highly recommend this to high volume estimators such as myself.

The software has no ability to copy and paste into a document. No real other complaints.

Easy to do simple measurements and counts. The various levels and labels are nice, also being able to change colors makes it easy to differentiate between items.

I liked the ability to organize and derive quantities in different ways. One line item can yield several quantities in different units of measurement.

In QuickBid they easily become buried in the bid and get missed. Adding drawing numbers and names function in OnScreen Takeoff does not work well.

I loved it for being fast but to many  options can slow me down a bit.

Inability to interact with drawings and a terrible UI.

If you also pay for QuickBids, it integrates well with that. The tech help service is outstanding.

The flexability of being able to copy pages and do different things that helps me be able to look at different pricing.

My take-offs are clean and easy to understand. My production has more than doubled and the results are better.

But their policy was not to refund although they made a promise that was false showing they value money over principles. Very misleading and I am sickened by the way they do business.

Inability to label linear conditions. Inability to increase the size of the font on condition labels.

The only thing I get frustrated with is the lag with some of the functions.

I have tried other Takeoff software, but this is the best for me. I like this product because it is user friendly and has several built in tools that others may not have.

OST is a very easy to use tool to do take offs with and what we like most about it is. Fast Counts for areas, Linear feet, And counts.

There are a lot of functions in this program and it can be extremely confusing if you do not take the time to learn it properly.

I enjoy the quick and professional technical support. They are always responsive, pleasant and helpful.

Overall, great experience. Saves a lot of time when preparing for estimates/bids.
