We sometimes have difficulty with the invites not going through to our subs.

It has help us manage our bids and subcontractor information a lot better. For me, it is a very help tool.

There is a lot of follow up to maintain contacts. Some subcontractors just simply ignore the notifications they receive.

They say they have had negative experiences with other such websites.

My overall experience with PipelineSuite Bid Management has been excellent. It is easy to use, help is always available if you have questions.

In the beginning there was a lot of kicked back emails - that has been corrected for the most part. The only thing that is a pain is modifying text and formatting within the text fields.

This software is very limited and repetitive. If we want to send invites to a specific vendor, we have to list that vendor in each sub category and select from the sub category.

Going to the webpage on a mobile device is a waste of time and I end up having to wait to get to a computer.

As a company - I feel man hours are saved on the bidding in - because every bit of info we need is all in one place.

Subcontractor Notes are difficult to access when bidding and adding bidders.

Kudos to the programmers, support staff, sales departments and management staff for providing such a powerful, yet easy to use system.

Digital takeoffs, summary sheets, material quote requests. The help desk and tech support are awesome also.

This is a great product with great customer support. I use reviews when I purchase products like this, so, I understand the importance of seeing the good with the bad.

The Earthwork module does not work easily with CAD files, and some of the automatic features for image files such as the go function do not work properly because they require pristine digital files.

Here in Nebraska as an electrical company we find ourselves bidding houses, apartments, fire alarm systems, commercial, and industrial projects.

In the end, I get a report that is current and more detailed than I ever was without Estimation, right down to nuts and washers.

Pat, the trainer we had was wonderful. Extremely helpful and will answer any question any time of day, much better than the customer help center.

My personal opinion is that the Maxwell product is an excellent product for it's purpose - a quick, accurate way to obtain a bid. Just stick with this ideology, and you will be just fine.

The program is user friendly and fairly easy to learn. Maxwell Systems is continuously enhancing the program to make it even better, a lot of which is based on customer feedback.

The combination of these two systems has improved our organizational effectiveness and streamlined our business. We have a competitive advantage.

The Digital Takeoff module is powerful and easy to learn, making it a strong tool for quick and accurate takeoffs.

We are using digital Estimation program by Maxwell system. Program is stiff and not ready to use, company is using their costumers as testers for their program.

Training and support have been top notch, if you don't have both of these then your software will be useless if you have a problem.

Occasionally I have to back out and restart the program, but it could be a user error.

Estimation is definately a powerful, top notch take-off program, but the great support after the sale is the icing on the cake.

The vendors inability to make improvements or even fix bugs or error within the program.

What are you waiting for. Get rid of the costly bid documents.
