- Once used to the system and formats it was easy to use. Early on customer support was amazing.
- Works using databases rather than project files which makes it suitable for working on many projects and offers many types of databases (Oracle, SQL server, SQLite). Supports single or multiple users.
Cons
- Sometimes when you hit the execute button, it changes the dates which are not meant to be changed. It can be due to poor constraints defined by the user but it becomes a little irritating.
- It is quite hard to learn by yourself. You need a training in order to understand the functionality and need to keep practicing.
Pros
- Also, the support team is VERY good. Usually very quick and to the point helpful answers.
- COINS had a thorough understanding of the construction industry and the product reflects it. COINS has excellent technical support - tickets logged are resolved quickly.
Cons
- I also do not believe that we should have to pay to have a report made or modified, that we are paying the bi-annual license fees and have already paid for the program itself.
- Specifically for our company it has been hard to manage.
