  • Pros

  • I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
  • Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

  • Very much user friendly and simple to set-up. As a customer we can do so many projects at one go without any difficulty in handing the clients requirement.
  • This means if needed I can break-out different values/areas to give a better understanding of where our costs and labor are trending.
  • Cons

  • Something they need to work on. Some of the underlining data tables can be intimidating at first.
  • The errors are sometimes difficult to fix. Some of the systems that I use everyday didn't come out of the box and it's not that easy to make new systems.
