You totally ignored all the problems that were relayed to you last season regarding the Kentucky tax returns. You would not answer my calls, emails, chats, or let voice messages.

The cost of the software is reasonable and if you consider the time it's efficiency will save you, a true bargain.

Of those returns imported, many returned incorrect errors such as missing social security numbers, emails, etc.

Easy to find the tax forms needed and ifever there are issues the team support quick resolved the issues. There are comments to correct the specific errors.

Form 21200 makes wrong calculation of amount for QST refund (reported into VD-358).
