  • Pros

  • Very intelligent and powerful chat solution. I like it very much and having integration options with Facebook messenger, web and SMS chat etc.
  • I have used a few platforms but to have a platform directly go to the customer cellphone is awesome.
  • Cons

  • I do not have any real complaints. Every time something seems wrong or appears to be a road block Botsplash goes out of the way to provide a solution.
  • Inability to have multiple users assigned to one client.

  • Ease of use and customization. GDPR features are amazing.
  • Great contant and task management, great e-mail tracking - it simply does what I expect.

  • Application updates sometimes have problems after deploymentThere is a problem with the limitation for offlining the database, since it runs locally on the SQL Express server (local db).
  • Occasional application crash, some data fields are different from Outlook.
