I think one of the best things about the team at contactually is the fact that they are a growing company of people that are very passionate about helping others.

The program itself is good but I'm questioning the companies integrity.

Contactually helps me keep on top of my contacts, relationships and follow ups. I love how user friendly and aesthetically pleasing and simple the website and app as well as the functionality are.

I like that Contactually is farely easy to learn to input your clients/contacts into the database.

It's ease of use, overall visual appearance and it's excellent features for client follow up and maintenance.

Onboarding was simple, the customer service team is very responsive, and it integrates seamlessly with our existing systems.

Overall, it is a great value for the price and I wold highly recommend it to anyone running sales for a small team. A few of my favorite features that I can no longer live without are.

They have changed a few things, how Bombbomb interfaces is the biggest negative.

When i say the price I canceled my two people immediately  and I am still being charged. They never actually used the program.

This has been realized by contactually in a very fun, easy to manage, and clean way. Their philosophies on organization make keeping in touch with people and locating people very easy.

So much to say!!!  I love that contactually will automatically update contacts. I really like the ability to send template emails and schedule these.

THEY WANT YOU TO PAY TO BETA TEST THIS CRAP SOFTWARE. From the moment I started using this software there were bugs, and issues that cost me time and money.

It seamless integrates and monitors all my facebook interaction as well as email history, and reminds me when I have not contacted someone I identified as important to reach out and contact.

BE VERY WARY of this product. I have lost decades of data on over 20,000 contacts because this software shuffled and deleted my data.

Very useful program, easy to use and feels more modern than most CRM's to date.

Nice-looking interface has a friendly and warm look to it, compared to most CRM's--may help with encouraging one to get in there and start making calls.

I love the clean interface. Support was always very responsive, if somewhat limited in their ability to provide answers.

I have been treated well, my only complaints are the above mentioned.

No transparency into spam-tagged phone numbers & replacements. More than 50% of replaced numbers come back already as spam, waste of our money.

Convoso has a really cool workflow automation that has elevated my productivity quite a bit and I'm definitely profitable.

I felt that from planning to live strategy it went swift, accurate with attention to detail and training to ease the transition.

The thing I like the most is that it is user friendly, easy to use, no complications, just straight to the point get the calls and dispose them correctly.

Also, Convoso tech support is 2nd to none. Tech Support is easily accessible, all issues are resolved efficiently and even done with a smile.

It has lead management, a fully integrated PBX,  tons and tons of features that help optimize your operation and minimize the need for a admin to run it. It pretty much runs on auto pilot.

This allows me to make smarter decisions with Real Time Analytics that Track Agent and list profitability.

A lot of times bad updates causes glitches that affect our performance.

What I like the most about the convoso is its very easy to used , we were not having any problems in contacting our clients since it is reliable and options were given and can easily to be found.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are head and shoulders above the rest and should be models to learn from in the onboarding process. Love you all and thank you very much.

The software increased our contact rates 3x which increased overall sales 3x. In addition, the reporting dashboards allowed us to vastly improve a number of efficiency and agent behavior issues.

Our campaign has very specific needs and the software struggles to customize to our needs. In example, Reporting is restricted to dials when we need records as well.

There would also be times that there's a delay. You might hear a phone call ending , you just need to click reconnect.

The price is a bit expensive but its worth it.

Being able to track our costs and conversion ratios better than ever before. Also our speed to contact seems to lead our peers evidence by speaking to lead companies and verify time from post to dial.

I love how flexible the system is and that a lot of changes don't require an engineering background to apply.

Cost and a single integrated solution rather than a patchwork of tools.

Calls come in smooth most of the time and wait time is just right. It is easy to use and since its a web based tool, just log in at any browser, hit availability and you are good to go.

Kudos to amazing internal staff who helped me assimilate to my new surrounding and control panel mighty fast.

I've had some small difficulties with accessing the dashboard.

The only inconvenience we experience at times are network related & they are so rare we barely notice.

The dialer is great, We had better connect rate with our lead however, some of the API integration and functionality on the list are still not fixed.

The price for the extra features cost more than replacing the DID. The scam likely feature is not where it needs to be and it does not justify the cost.
