  • Fantastic customer service and support, great understanding of the real-world challenges of their market, solid CRM features.
  • This can help streamline tasks like on-boarding and keeping track of the process flow.
  • Cons

  • They have changed a few things, how Bombbomb interfaces is the biggest negative.
  • When i say the price I canceled my two people immediately and I am still being charged. They never actually used the program.

  • Convoso has a really cool workflow automation that has elevated my productivity quite a bit and I'm definitely profitable.
  • The thing I like the most is that it is user friendly, easy to use, no complications, just straight to the point get the calls and dispose them correctly.
  • Cons

  • No transparency into spam-tagged phone numbers & replacements. More than 50% of replaced numbers come back already as spam, waste of our money.
  • A lot of times bad updates causes glitches that affect our performance.
