Master the call handling skills with Convin

Convin's support team passion and loyalty struck me in many ways. I am thrilled to be working with a platform that enables me to demonstrate the same dedication and loyalty to my clients when I speak with them, so that we both know I am doing my due diligence on every call. I appreciate ease of use that Convin is always available when I need it. It's like having a supervisor on the line with you when it comes to implementation to ensure you cover all the bases with the client.

PROS

The ability to conduct Full-Scope sales and compliance analysis on each and every call. Without Convin, QA and Training departments must manually listen to each calls, which just scratches the surface of insights. With Convin, the AI listens to every single conversation, providing your QA and training departments with a complete picture. Our agents can receive live sales training. This enables the agents to close more deals. This technology tremendously aids compliance by allowing you to instruct the AI to listen for specific non-compliant keywords or words and flag the conversation.

CONS

I don't like how it sometimes doesn't pick up the agent's voice. I use Convin platform everyday to get the analysis of my calls.

Essential for Agents

I may return to my meeting and examine the conversation to verify that I am delivering the best service possible to my clients. Convin allows me to concentrate on the call at hand rather than collecting notes. Convin enables me to build stronger ties with my clientele. Allows new employees to view actual calls and conversations in which they may be involved. It enables a new employee to obtain knowledge and best practices for approaching their task.

PROS

I enjoy that I can readily search Convin for the information I require. I can skip over the things I don't need and get to the information I need quickly! I also like the opportunity to leave comments on other people's video clips. This is fantastic for providing comments and insights into other teammates' talks! I enjoy that I can listen to my teammates' phone calls to see how they approach their task. If they have a different method that works better than mine, I can take notes and improve my customer service.

CONS

The function that shows who is speaking is not always correct.

User-friendly and Convenient tool

PROS

I like that Convin now has access to 98% of the sales call process. After reading and seeing the script on a regular basis, the tool allows you to quickly learn the method! When trying to hit the process in order, the lead score and how well an agent performs are really helpful. I like the alert feature. Convin is extremely user-friendly and convenient.

CONS

I've only had a few glitches to work out, but nothing that I don't like.

Convin is very useful to me

Recording client calls so we can go back and collect details we might have missed while being attentive and without taking notes at the time, these were some of the problems we were facing before Convin came into our use. It has really eased our life.

PROS

Convin has had a significant impact on my personal growth. I enjoy looking back over calls after they've been completed, searching for important words, referencing significant points from a prospect, and receiving feedback from my supervisors and peers on specific conversations. Convin has given me the freedom to own my coaching and development, which I appreciate. Because I'm not concerned with putting everything down in my notes, I'm able to be more intentional and focused on listening to the person on the other end of the phone. The ability to go back and evaluate calls has provided me with this.

Tracks for sales talks are being worked on!

Convin produces from your voice and underlines all of the important details that you cover on your calls to ensure that you stay in compliance and do not miss your mark with the caller. I enjoy it since it provides me with word suggestions when I'm at a loss for words. It has helped me improve my delivery. It also lets you take notes for self-reflection which is easy to implement and follow.

PROS

I enjoy how it reminds me of the questions I haven't asked, because it's easy to become distracted in a conversation and forget what topics still need to be covered. I've noticed an advantage in repairing what they call patience, which is the pause between them finishing talking and me starting. Furthermore, all of the elements I mentioned above come in handy to help me fine-tune my presentation, ensure that I am discussing essential issues, and observe what the top salespeople in my firm are doing so that I can do my best to emulate them and enhance my own discussion and sales methods to match theirs.

CONS

How Convin gave wings to my career ?

I would like to describe it in just one word i.e MARVELLOUS

PROS

Convin has made it easier for my QA and myself to track and improve my communication and performance related to customer satisfaction and self growth , as without it i feel its quite hard to implement and deliver what the org. really wants from its employees. convin has the capability to induce a positive crticism based on my conversation with customers , also it has been evident enough that without it, the quality of our services would just collapse.1.Positive criticsm regarding my conversations is one of the best thing as i personally believe theres always room for growth.2.Easy to use and easy to recover data, No data is ever messed up.3.Created an enviroment of self growth, self improvement and analysis my speech and enhances my vocabulary (as i am able to listen to my calls and work on the grey areas).

CONS

sometimes Convin creates an enviroment of competition among my colleagues and although its a good thing alas , I dont why , it creates challenge for me personally.

What outstands for me is the CONVIN team!

A excellent tool for transitioning conversations into sales pitches, and the scripts are simple to follow. Our customer conversations are more successful, and having a script assures you don't forget anything. Convin comes highly recommended by me. It's a pleasure to work with the customer support team there.

PROS

Convin was a breeze to set up for us. With a single exe push, it updates itself! It's incredible to feel the silent push of guidance while live listening! Their customer service representatives are quite helpful! Their entire team is really attentive and helpful. They respond to queries quickly and effectively. The software is excellent, but it is their staff that made my experience with Convin truly exceptional. Convin has assisted our personnel in increasing conversion rates and getting back on track whenever a call is derailed by a customer. Convin provides many features and functionalities from the persopective of agents as well as managers.

Wonderful Experience

PROS

I enjoy how you can pause and change your remarks or ideas halfway, both as a manager and as a sales rep while easily implementing and using it in daily life as a counselor. I enjoy being able to listen to and review my calls since it helps me prepare and integrate my corrections for any upcoming meetings by giving me insights such as patience, talk ratio, moments that tells you about customer sentiment. I use Convin to ensure that I cover the most crucial talking points/paramters for consumers on future conversations by keeping a watch on AI recommendations in meetings page. It was also useful for noting down objections that I couldn't overcome.

CONS

Sometimes it works slow but overall the functionality is top level and the customer support team ensures that you get through the issues/challenges as soon as possible.

Neat features by Convin

Resolving issues that arose when I attempted to recall what had been said in a previous conversation, as well as allowing myself to share my calls with management for constructive critique.

PROS

Meetings with prospects can now be tracked automatically. This has a HUGE influence on my day-to-day life, especially when I need to review past calls or listen back to critical parts from a conference. My personal favorite feature is the ability to filter through and listen to calls before transferring a customer to my team. This is especially helpful because we have a huge account base and need to assure seamless information transfer while also moving quickly. This allows us to overcome both obstacles.

CONS

I don't believe I've encountered any flaws that have caused me to dislike this tool, but I'm confident that more usage of it will help me identify areas of opportunity.

- One screen access to the transcript, checklist and observations for the associates.- User-friendly in navigation- The team is very flexible in accommodating requests for custom reports etc- Very adaptive to our business requirement.

CONS

Value add features could be :- Setting a timeframe to raise disputes for audits- Multiple auditors handling the same ticket - No history is stored for review in case of error.- For organizations that uses category based teams for audits, the scores in the overall dashboard could be helpful if we could view it category wise.

Convin boosting QA efficiency

Convin resolves our previous issue with limited QA capabilities. We can increase our agent force using Convin without needing to exponentially scale our QA department. Allows us to deliver more real-time teaching to our agents without the need for a manager to be present. Allows our compliance team to get a full scope of calls, assuring compliance throughout the entire spectrum of our hundreds of daily calls.

PROS

Convin assists me in avoiding missing bits of the script. When I'm having a horrible sales day, I look at this. It allows me to know the areas I am missing so that I may correct them and, hopefully, recover and finish the day strong. It helps us to monitor and improve our sales process. Implementing Convin's features is very smooth and infact the ease of integration makes Convin very handy.

CONS

I use Convin for my daily calls but I wish the transcript was more accurate, apart from that it is a really good tool.

A Simple & Powerful Tool

It has been a great experience so far using the convin tool, especially the support team.

PROS

Convin is easy to understand and navigating through the application is effortless. The application is designed to be user-friendly, with easy navigation and a wide range of features. Additionally, if we are in need of assistance, the convin's support team is always there for you and they always ensure that the issues raised are addressed and resolved at the earliest.

CONS

While doing call audits through convin, at times, the transcripts that is displayed doesn't really match the call, and the keyword based search option they offer has some improvements to be made, for example, if we are to search for a certain word said by the agent, the tool will show the calls / chats where the word has been said by both the agent and the customer.

User Friendly tool for Recording, Analytics and more......

Convin is helping me with the Speech analytics a lot, Using transcription i can easily get my mistakes and improve them on Priority. Main thing it helps me with the Sales Enablement.

PROS

The best approach to use Convin.ai is with a transcription. Because the calls were recorded, I can go back and evaluate them more readily. It also helps me with my work.The accuracy of AI-driven voice conversion to transcript has impressed me. It significantly reduces my workload.

CONS

One thing that bothered me was the transcripts themselves. Sometimes it is wrong. Nevertheless, it makes evaluations quick, easy, and accurate, so I would want to see adjustments made to their transcripts.

Helpful Tool- Made My Daily Auditing Looks Easy

> It would be hard for the Convin AI to learn our product and audit tickets. By so far convin AI learned our manual scoring and tried give us almost an accurate suggestion.> One of major concerns was to sampling of audit tickets based on certain key words. With the help of convin's Sampling manager and Custom Tracking we were able to resolve that.> It also helped us to track the issue tickets based on customers sentiments and voice tone.> With convin we were able to customize our auditing parameters and scores that made our auditing efficient.

CONS

> Ticket Dispute feature could have been better. If multiple auditors are auditing the same ticket only the last will be notified about the dispute.> Also it would be to have the parameter wise Donut chart.

Overall functionality is Amazing

Good overall experience with Convin as it provides amazing necessary features.

I enjoy using Convin in our everyday one-on-one meetings with customers to get insights about what went well in calls and where we can improve. I really like how simple it is to browse through a call - especially when I'm short on time, I like to use the speed up to listen to the full call. We've pinpointed mains in calls down to the second, which has been a significant coaching effort on which our managers have been attempting to collaborate with us.

Recordings are really helpful

PROS

The only way to bridge the gap between sales and marketing is for marketers to gain a comprehensive understanding of what is going on in the sales area. Convin has made this easy for us to get the comprehensive study of calls. I've committed to spending at least one hour every day listening to sales calls. I can easily implement and set out time to "sharpen the saw" and simply try to elevate my game with what I've learned about what the sales staff is facing and what our customers are thinking. All of these insights enable me to design more effective sales process that too with excellent customer support.

CONS

Even after using Convin daily for almost a year, I am unable to figure out any dislikes in the product.

Convin assist with call insights

I was apprehensive to use Convin at first, but as I understood that I could go back and examine what works and what doesn't in customer calls, I was hooked. Convin is a critical answer for a role I just started. Convin has helped me become more comfortable with taking notes, honing my approach, and learning from others.

PROS

Convin has the option to jump to the specific topic. Convin helps in maintaining a record of all discussions for current and future reference. Coaching sessions provided by Convin assist is to develop skills to deal with cold phoning and introductions. With the simple implementation and daily usage of Convin, my intros are becoming more fluid.

CONS

Convin is bit slower when it comes to loading the calls in processed status but it is simple to integrate

Convin provides the ability to listen to calls again, especially at 2x speed to save time. I can improve my sales techniques by evaluating calls with Convin and easily integrating the insights in my calls. Convin makes it simple to evaluate calls and provides valuable insights into the talk ratio, prospect speaking speed, filler rate, interruption rate, interactivity, and other metrics. Convin is my favorite daily usage tool.

I would highly recommend Convin!

It helps to improve your communication with the clients and also helps you to make your consultations better

PROS

Call statistics are useful for reviewing and determining how much your prospect/client interacted and engaged. Call tracking and recording, as well as coaching are easy to implement and I would rate 10/10 to customer support. It's useful today for call flow, but it'll become more useful as our team develops and we nurture best practices. I appreciate the searchability, transcripts, and ease of sharing calls or call snippets with others.

CONS

So far, I haven't discovered any drawbacks! Simple to use and really beneficial for monitoring calls and tracking customer interactions.

Convin keeps me on track with customers!

PROS

Convin holds the capacity to manipulate whether listening to customers or representatives. The ability to deliver a conversational approach with product knowledge and resources without appearing rehearsed. For my company, I'm dealing with a lot of consumer questions and pricing concerns. I've seen the value in sending feedback to my manager and having it updated in convin in real time for instant usage. It provides ease of implementation as well as ease of integration. I love how it transforms our conversations with number of features it provides.

CONS

The app does not always appear to keep logged in. Our agents are occasionally unable to log in.

Fantastic tool for Agents that deal with Customers everyday

I like the dashboards that are being provided for different factors on which an agent's performance can be measured, as well as the system's organization. The great customer service provided during implementation and use is fantastic. Weekly calls have increased my awareness of what is going on with the team's utilization of the Convin. Convin's ability to re-listen to calls is invaluable as a representative as it's really helpful and easy to implement the correct phrases. I also appreciate how easily it integrates with my calendar. This tool has been quite useful in assisting us with our sales coaching efforts. Filler words are being removed. With number of features, Convin helps me in trying to remember where I left off on each sales call. Reducing the amount of time spent talking. Much, much more.
