  • Pros

  • Great interface to do audits, and also good features to get the transcripts a swell of a call recording - helps to bridge the gap betwen AI and manual audits as well.
  • Positive criticsm regarding my conversations is one of the best thing as i personally believe theres always room for growth.2. Easy to use and easy to recover data, No data is ever messed up.3.
  • Cons

  • Lack of live audits- enabling users to hear live calls and give real time feedbacks, more of accuracy on AI insights to bridge the gap on manual and ai audits.
  • There may be slight delays from time to time, but overall, login troubles are rare, occuring only once a month.

  • I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
  • Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
