Better then any other software , very eZee to learn eZee to use  Client friendly  its awesome.

What I enjoyed the most with this software was that it was easy too organize all of my employees information.

It shows that payment is through one of our OTA when it is not. Mappings can only be handled by eZee staff and it is sometimes hard to get across the message of what we need to be mapped.

Ease to use and they are helpful so when I am facing an issue they will quickly help me.

Customer Support, Ease of Use and continuous updation of the products every now and then are what we like the most.

Excellent service really good product compare to the price.

Sometimes the system seems offline. Such as, booking that already made not come up in reservation list.

The most I like about this software is yield set up functionality which is very useful tool for revenue management.

There are no dislikes with the software as its quite user friendly.

Sometimes it doesn’t has a good connection in to our program. But it was superb overall quick response Channel support.

Thanks to the full integration, all data from the PMS is also available in the Channel Manager, and the app gives you a good overview on the go.

Simplicity & the support is the key behind the effectiveness of the product. The support team is much more responsive.

Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.
