  • Great support and customer service, including awesome inbuilt help features.
  • GreenRope gives you the ability to apply that understanding into your CRM to maximize your growth.
  • Cons

  • HATE how you have to click OK after you update each piece of the company.
  • Nothing, I am new to GR so alot of my problems are more about me being new to it, than anything wrong with the software.

  • Also, they've got great UI, UX and great customer service.
  • The CRM and automation are super awesome. I enjoy using the platform for my business daily, and I believe you will also enjoy using it.
  • Cons

  • Poor training, poor immediate response to questions- due to their company headquarters in Sweden. Unable to link mail program.
  • The only thing I don't like about this software is their pipeline.
