If not for your support team i would be unhappy.

Nothing, I am new to GR so alot of my problems are more about me being new to it, than anything wrong with the software.

No direct API as of yet between Greenrope software and my ticketing platform (not TM or Pac), though they do have APIs with other providers.

This software has all the features you want a CRM to have - no missing bits - having everything integrated is fantastic.

First of all, I am a huge fan of Greenrope's chat feature. The team is always very helpful and patient to help resolve any issues you face.

It replaced the horrible infusionsoft product and its terrible customer service.

Customer service is outstanding and they respond quickly. If not for the support team i would probably shop around for another system.

Sometimes the character indicator is wrong...it indicates a minimum or maximum account but then it doesn't recognize it and gives an error. Not a huge problem but it is an issue sometimes.

The best part about this is the support team behind the software. I am new to GR so it is so CLUTCH having a team  to reach out to when I am stuck in the mud.

I like that it is easy to look up contacts by name, or email. Also how easy tracking emails are, and the email builder being super easy to use and set up.

I was able to make more money, in less time with less effort because Greenrope allowed me to automate all of my business systems and processes with perfect peace and ease.

Softwares that could handle our volume were not affordable or approachable for small business. GreenRope has been a great solution for us, and I am very impressed with their support.

A little unintuitive in terms of the operation. Still is a little difficult to extract detailed member management information for sales people.

The email templates and tracking capabilities are the features that I have used and like most. Its great to be able to quickly see who has responded and what they responded to.

My team appreciates operating from one dashboard and the reduction in manual processes (and follow up from me:) around day to day customer service and project management.

This tool allows me to have more interactions with the customer, multiple customers at the same time. It's good because it integrates with a lot of other software we use.

UseResponse makes sure that they keep it updatable, even if they implemented many changes due to customer wishes. We are working together for 2+ years and I can not think of a better partner.

Useresponse charged us to get the articles back (which is bad enough), but then we found none of the images were brought back.

This software is very easy to use and the price is very affordable.

It is a very costly app,I believe the price should be reviewed.

Because of self-hosting solution, we from time to time face minor issues with functionality, fortunately support of UseResponse team is excellent and issues are almost instantly solved.

Larger individual requirements can be solved professionally  through support or and cost-effectively consulting.

Sometimes the admin console can be a bit difficult to navigate, but all of the features are there, somewhere.

The only issue we had was around the time it took to set a ticket to complete however it seems since the latest upgrade to 4.9 the issue is no longer there.

I tested a number of popular/leading competing services and found UseResponse to be the most comprehensive and easy to use of all of them and the price is decidedly right.

Right now you are limited to either the sidebar of related articles (which keeps you in the widget) or adding a hyperlink to an artcile which opens a new browser window.

It's a good mature feature set and was fairly straight-forward to setup. They customized our Wishlist as an enterprise solution and we were impressed with the results.

We didn´t have something like this in our company before and we are very happy that we´ve found such a great tool and partner to work with.

My experience with the tool is very good, it has allied a lot of stress around here, therefore, I just complain about the amount we paid. But the tool itself is perfect and is being of good help.

The interface is very easy to navigate and understand plus the email integration with POP3 is very useful.

UseResponse is simply awesome. I set it up literally in ten minutes and their customer support immediately helped me in tuning up the configuration as soon as I got in touch with them.

Some functionality we wanted that wasn't available, has been delayed.

Was a little difficult to customize the theme.
