There is very little to say from a negative perspective as any issues get rectified very quickly by the team at D3S.

Customer search and filter options poor; how to add new customers.

The system is clear and allows you to work with customers, sales data. Export options and sales analysis are important.

As a Sales Manager OTC is important for me to have fresh sales data as well as history of each client and their development. Transfer shop in the field is also good toolls for doing orders.

Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

It is optimally designed for pharmaceutical companies who need to coordinate the work of multiple business units and territory sales teams. It supports the work of primary and specialty care (Rx) sales representatives as well as OTC pharmacy sales teams, and Key Account Managers. 

The system’s granular configuration options enable companies to support the unique business processes of each business unit and sales team while unifying data management and reporting across the entire sales organization.

Application features and data visibility can be managed according to a user’s needs and role permissions. This means that users won’t see features that aren’t relevant to their business processes, and data (both customer and team activity data) can be displayed or hidden based on what they need to see.

The basic features available to all users, regardless of their business roles, include the ability to find customers and view their details, add new customers and update customer information, schedule and report activities and calls and personalize the application interface and manage their own access, among other settings.

Additional modules and features are enabled and configured according to the needs of individual sales teams and their users. Inception CRM is vendor-supported solution. This means that each customer has their own dedicated account manager who supports them with training, user onboarding, and system administration. Account support is provided within the context of a monthly service pool, which is fixed according to the terms of the service agreement, and can also include custom report creation as well as remote IT support.

Client CRM administrators can also manage the system independently (after training) to fulfill key support objectives without depending on vendor assistance.
