  • Pros

  • Ease of viewing/searching opportunities and quotes. Ability to create reports tailored to my needs.
  • Oracle CRMoD is a critical tool in our global enterprise. It not only tracks and manages opportunities very well but we have it integrated to our quotes to save duplicate data entry, etc.
  • Cons

  • It is difficult because there are so many different things to do with the tools.
  • The user interface was not very easy to understand at first. There should be no reason to enter things multiple times.

  • Good as a client database. Clear online portal and good customer service representative assigned to account.
  • Surprisingly customer service respond with very standard answers but not to specific questions.
  • Cons

  • We had trouble processing payments. Overall, it was hard for us to use all the features and rely on it to be more productive.
  • The more people on it, the worse it gets. Cannot use remotely through a VPN.
