  • Pros

  • Hello24 have Good Work flow and automation Al. campaign approval process is also smooth and its charges are also reasonable.
  • It offers robust features and excellent customer support, making it a top choice for efficient communication with customers.
  • Cons

  • Doesn't work well with Safari browser. We tried & were told to use Google chrome.
  • UI - their platform UI for business is based on the new technology (I was told Google Flutter?) which could sometimes create problems in Safari; With Google Chrome, the platform is seamless.

  • I love the fact it is community based, I'm active in so many groups that share different interest and specially after WhatsApp Privacy changes, Telegram is the way to go.
  • I use the App mainly to get information regarding cryptocurrencies and it has been a n Amazing help to get into a community that is currently really popular.
  • Cons

  • The complete anonymity could be misused if not montiored closely. But then again, this monitoring is violation of privacy.
  • Work area warnings can be now and then irritating. Once in a while in work area, warnings flood the screen and squares different projects, which is irritating.
