  • Pros

  • I like adit because it is super easy to use, the communication it sends to patients is amazing it saves a lot of time.
  • The price is awesome compared to weave, with weave all the features we needed were an additional fee and with adit it has everything and more for less.
  • Cons

  • Phones - I had an emergency the other morning and our protocol is to call 911 immediately. It was at the time that I found out that we DON'T HAVE 911 CAPABILTY WITH OUR PHONES.
  • Hard to transfer calls between phones and access voicemails from patients.

  • We have been using this PM for a few years now and the ease of using this system is great. It's pretty easy to guide through and when we having to teach someone in office how to use it makes it great.
  • We love the text/email options, the ease of using the system and anytime we have had an issue arise the customer service team has been fantastic.
  • Cons

  • Some patients complained about multiple contact attempts etc but this was just an error we made as a new user learning to select the proper settings, etc.
  • Can be difficult to maneuver from time to time due to updates/ modifications made to the programing.
