They have great customer service and will accommodate when you call for help.

I like how easy it was to learn. The customer service is awesome.

Most of all, the tech staff is knowledgable about their software, and are great to work with.

I love that it has a modern look and feel, with lots of new features monthly. Times change so software needs to keep up.

Organizing and keeping track of referring offices could be streamlined. As of right now, there is no way for us to combine multiple doctors within the same practice.

Easy to navigate system. Everything is easy to find when needed.

Secondly, the letter system is this HTML thing that does not work like Word or Google Docs, so image placement and customization of letters is very restricted.

I like how fast C9 gets back to you if you have a question, or need help.

It's hard to navigate and create an acutal report for just broken brackets. Instead I have to run a report for codes then investigate each patient on that report.

Had no difficulty with Cloud 9. The meeting in Atlanta 2019 helped a lot.

When you open up the treatment card and you go to look at the images and then go back you have to use the drop down to open the treatment card again.

This software is super easy to use and its always quick to get ahold of someone to help with any questions you may have.

It has been a great experience so far. It is very easy to use and most ideal for using at a multi location practice.

I have had good experiences with the customer service team, especially with the most tenured employees who are quite knowledgeable.

If you have used any other orthodontic software you will be pleased to know this is by far the best.

Trouble with sending out reminders from time to time.

It's been great, they are awesome to work with and have a cool website for everyone to interact from other places and share what we would like done in updates.

I have used Cloud 9 for 3 years now and it is very user friendly.

It was very easy to get started and everything switched over from our old software. Everyone that we have come into contact with Cloud9 has been super helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Once learned, its an easy software to navigate.

There are many features that help our practice run efficiently. It's great that our phone software matches up to send appointment reminders to patients.

The line item accounting make it incredibly easy to find where account balances are coming from- so say good bye to exhausting accounts. The clinical screen is beautiful and easy to use.

The DentiMax feature to force users to change their passwords does not work, and support hasn't been able to figure out why either.

The inter messaging service reduces interuptions in the work flow and benefits privacy between the dentist and the staff.

Tech support is fantastic, I email questions and usually have resolution within a couple hours. The big suppliers sometimes took weeks to solve issues.

The ledger can be confusing the way it distributes payments and adjustments - makes for a very complicated print out for pts to take home.

The software is easily expandable, the appointment book pro is excellent and the support team has never let me down.

Dentimax is a great investment at a competitive price.

However, there are so many issues with the Program that I deal with because I refuse to pay for Support to fix their programming problems. An example, there is a 1 cent rounding problem.

Maneuvering around from screen to screen is so easy,  can pull up whatever I need immediately.

I love how easy it is to use. The latest upgrade did have some glitches, some of which we are still working with Dentimax support to figure out.

The software constantly freezes, customer service does not know why and they blame it on Windows updates. The kiosk never worked so I cancelled it.

Compared to other softwares , the price is affordable and reasonable. The kiosk is a great feature but it never worked properly.

Dentimax will help me incorporate my peripheral equipment, rather than block those things out and force me to buy their own approved and overpriced proprietary devices.
