As you'd expect from my glowing overview, I'm quite pleased, and of course, recommend this to any larger small business.

Not too much, I guess because it's cloud, if we loose our Internet connection, we can't log in.

The price is really high, and have more functions and features than they need. BizAutomation is perfect for those that are caught in between.

Integration with Google Apps allows users to access familiar tools from within the application. Solid Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality, tightly integrated into the product.

The ease of use and meeting all the accounting needs of a small business is what makes bizAutomation unique and worthy.

There are multiple ways to get to the same place, so there's a little bit of confusion there in the beginning but that's shortlived.

The integration was much less complicated as anticipated and we have been LIVE WITHOUT interruptions for ONE YEAR.

BizAutomation was easy to learn and use for our business. I do the bookkeeping and it was a good system.

We switched from NetSuite a year ago and have had a very positive experience with BizAutomation, as they've been very attentive to our needs.

Impressive Software That's Actually Affordable for Small Businesses.

The customer service is great. If something needs to be fixed or changed, someone is there to help.

BizAutomation goes the extra mile of a perspective customer doing its due diligence. He is looking to partner and offer the best product so that everyone can grow and be successful.

The configurator hand down. Our product line and ordering procedure are extremely complex and BizAutomations configurator is capable of configuring the 21 trillion different combinations.

Lower costs, better reporting, better support and the ability to customize documents to suit our business.

What I liked most is how flexible they were during the implementation process.

My overall experience with BizAutomation has been exceptionally good.

Throwing money at a software company alone will not be enough.

The software is clean, easy to read, and the navigation is self-explanatory. The features and modules are not complicated and do the job.

Great to have the whole business managed with one software, and accessible from anywhere around the world.

This software is so complete; it's super easy to use and understand as well as encapsulates all aspects of our business.

This software will reduce our training cycle to lessen the impact of losing trained employees.

Expect customization (not nearly as costly as you think). Reporting is not their strong suit and have been told they are working on an upgrade.

There are not any  features of this software that makes it unpleasant.

A mature product with tons of features. It does not require any integrations since it manages a full range of modules under one system.

The consultants are deeply knowledgeable but extremely busy. If you are planning to implement S2K, you need a strong project manager in your company.

If you can change internal policies to work with the software, without risking your business practices, you will find that the long term costs of running an ERP are considerably reduced.

Very reliable, very stable. Designed for huge database and large organizations.

Product is a full suite and turn key solution to our software needs. VAI is great to deal with as they work very closely in meeting all our needs and responding right away to our support.

It's is very user friendly it's process transactions almost real time which reach in more speedy decision making.

VAI help us integrate with our shipping platform. Now all of these modules exchange information in real-time and the efficiency improvements have been amazing.

I like the dependability of the product. I like that it is ran from a server and not online only.

S2K is a rock solid ERP, highly customizable but not necessary since everything you will need to follow best practices and fulfill your companies needs are already built in.

The software is hard to use. If you or your employees are not good with computers and programs, this is not the software for you.

The S2K consultants are very savvy when it comes to technology, but they need a lot of direction. I had to try to coordinate their resources through different points of contact which was frustrating.

By allowing so much customization, they also make continuing with their latest ugrades more difficult, at least from a dollar perspective.

The price but liek anything in life you get what you pay for.

S2K was easy to implement other divisions into, Cognos Analytics is very powerful. Overall it was a good choice and will continue to be for the future.

In my opinion it is strongest in WMS and inventory. It is a very solid performing software and is very reliable.
