  • CharityTracker is user friendly and intuitive. They software allows us to serve our clients and provide referrals effectively and with integrity.
  • This gives you quick demographic information and fast data that can be useful—a friendly resource to connect you to local grassroots work.
  • Cons

  • After I add a few more cases, the software will keep logging me out again. This has been very frustrating.
  • What I dislike about this software is that when their is duplicate accounts it was a difficult process it combine the accounts.

  • The customer service experience has been very positive. Any time I've run into an issue I can't resolve, the customer service has been prompt and thorough.
  • I like how I can easily find one of our clients in the system. This platform helps us better serve out clients in a quick and efficient way.
  • Cons

  • It gives warning on common information being entered.
  • At the price we pay per year both features should be available.
