I had never heard of them but I'm glad I checked them out. They are located in the US, have great value for money and give control to build a great website.

The product is inexpensive and has a lot of canned features. For a company in need of an inexpensive solution, this is the one.

We have had your web page server for a little over a year now and are very happy with it. Any issues that arise are taken care of pretty quickly by your customer service department.

Hiding out of stock items with multiple variables, changing main image based on customer option selected, option to hide. In advanced options are some basic features this software is lacking.

The user interface was easy to use. Lots of third part applications are integrated as well.

There is no way to make price adjustments without changing each one individually. It is repetitive and time consuming.

My experience with 3dcart has been great. I am always able to get help from tech support if needed.

Their software is easy to use and easy to learn. I had them set up the program for me when I first began and it is still working smoothly today.

As an Administrator, there is good control of the content on the site going forward so you can quickly adapt to changing market conditions.

There are very few features I dislike about GOb2b as a platform - those I do dislike are just 'niggly', that would get with any software.

To control the content on the website is beneficial for a company who has many products. The service and support received from the staff is also very good.

Offering our customers live stock when they order has proved most popular, we all like to be confident our order will be fulfilled.

Also our customers are very happy with the website, is user friendly and easy to navigate when shopping.

It occasionally feels clunky, no web based version (yet) but hear they may be working on something web based in the future.

The software is fine, the company has added several bespoke features for us and their level of support is fantastic.

Connectivity with our Sage 50 database was sluggish to begin with and we had to do an overhaul of our network and server to get decent speed.

Generally we feel this move to work with GOb2b has been a resounding success. It has enabled us to have the functionality of a bespoke built website.

Can be sluggish / slow in areas for our site, including backend / admin pages, but this is one that is being looked at & is being worked on by the team.

Key also has been the team's advanced knowledge of the SAGE integration that makes the ongoing business process aligned and efficient.

Great product seamlessly integrates with our ERP system.

Integration with Sage 200 is excellent. Works out the box with real time stock/pricing reflected on site.

Having the location constrained to your Sage server.

But with the ability to change it daily as we see fit.

The support service is very good and the team are always on hand to help with technical queries or additional training for the platform.

The team at GOb2b are very helpful and will work quickly to resolve any requests or issues in a timely manner.
