QR Camera scanner has been a great asset for checking in out customers. Very easy to set up and we like that the search is also available and easy.

One weekend we accidentally locked ourselves out of the admin screen and they resolved our issue quickly. We like the search feature for repeat customers and the ability to re-check them in.

The reports are great after you learn what kind of reports you want to run. The customer service is next to none.

With the waiver file they have to input name, signature date, address & email. Don’t like that the media & liability waiver are 2 forms & you have to enter same info again.

There is nothing about this software that  I don't like.

This application is one I chose after trying out at least 3 others. It is very easy to use and very intuitive.

Setting up signing links was confusing at first.

We use it for our liability release waiver, gym rules agreement, and photo release agreement. I like that we can put all three documents under one link and customers can sign them all at once.

Customers sometimes have a hard time using, and some do not finish to the end.

We had to ensure we did contactless check in and their system provided an inexpensive quick answer. It has been extremely helpful to us and I have recommended it highly to my colleges.
