- The fast and updated virus database, Stable for email security , Customer support is also good. Help to protect from hacker.
- Once you download this product , it is very easy to use. It automatically checks emails and programs you may be required to use.

- Sometimes the error messages are confusing and alarming. Most of the time the issues are not that serious.
- It can ask about annoying updates, but you can usually push them off.
Pros
- The set-up team was wonderful and continued that support through out the entire process from start to finish. We still have wonderful customer service reps.
- The customer service was excellent during my free trial and the instructions for set-up were easy to follow, even with limited tech knowledge.
Cons
- The primary downside was the cost associated with the email encryption service. It was too expensive for me as a single account user.
- I refer other businesses to Paubox and they have to leave a message or complete the contact us on the website, then someone calls them back.
