A good tool to breakdown and understand your time online and offline on the devices, a great tool to have if you want to be more productive and healthier as well.

I love that RescueTime is both easy to use, requiring very little setup, and also infinitely customizable, meaning that over time you can mold it to exactly what you want it to be doing.

In addition, you get a dashboard online for you to visualise your activity. It greatly helped us to improve how we spent our time.

I have not stumbled upon any issues or errors. The only concern is that I am not sure where they use the collected data.

I love how simple it is to use. It's very intuitive and has pretty rich data if you are curious to dig into how you focus and spend your time.

I don't like the fact that it is a bit costly, as it seems to a very simple application alltogheter. Thinking the price should be lower.

I like that it separates tasks into client work, and non-productive time and provide a visual chart graphic to help me really see how I am doing.

Please do, invest in design, the product is good and affordable, a good UI/UX project can bring a great perception of value.

I am glad I installed it, though I am not checking it regularly. But it helped me understand how I spend my time and how to be more productive.

It's great at helping you focus your attention where you need it to be.

The tool does a lot more than that, but I capture this metric and email it to myself daily thanks to a Zapier hook.

The ease of use is the best of that tool. Without having to remember to start a task or something, it silently records what you are doing in the background.

That's my own fault really though, because I should have stopped myself instead of proceeding to find a way around it.

What I like most of rescuetime is it's ability to detect when an user is not using the computer.

Being solely web-based means RescueTime ins't that convenient for mobile use ,which occasionally makes the forget adding entries.

It shows you what kind of softares you used and it's very good if you install it both on your computer and phone to be more effective.

Then there are the vast amount of integrations it offers. This is the best time tracking software I have used, which just gets better with time.

The server crashes sometimes , but the developer fixes the problems quickly.

Hi i have been using this and it was fine but suddenly it started slowing my computer and i had to delete it. I contacted customer support but no buddy answered my question.

The only problem ive had to solve with WorkTIme was figuring out how to uninstall it off of an end user's machine while the computer is screaming and being slowly engulfed in flames.

Thanks to worktime, my cpu fan starts to spin so fast to compensate for the hardware requirements of a background app that the laptop ACTUALLY LIFTS OFF THE DESK like a drone.

WorkTime has been a stable and relatively inexpensive solution for us to be able to do this.

Very easy to use and undetectable by the normal user.

The Software did not provide its own update mechanism. We were having some weird errors that did not make sense about what devices it was showing a user login time on.

I cannot use the data generated by WTC. There are a lot of inconsistencies and unfortunately it became useless for us.

A limitation to schedule export to email to Administrator. Unable to provide immediate alert to Administrator for illegal activities in terminal server.

The features I like best are. The ability to track time in a granular fashion by client, project, and task.
