It has what we need as a company and is organized in a very simple, neat way. It's clean and provides us with the basics.

Once setup up is situated the results are great. A great Company Management Software from time sheets to taxes.

The way our system is configured makes data entry and retrieval a very arduous and painful process.

It is extremely cumbersome to use, slow and sluggish, when errors occur it is not clear what exactly the error could be, projects do not show up in the search etc.

Processing is quick and very user friendly on the tracking and data entry side. Technical support was wonderful.

There are a lot of features that support project management. Iaccess is a nice touch for those who like visuals vs data.

Need to review for 1099 forms. I had a big problem when I tried to print 1099 forms for every year.

MAconomy is a great project management software, it is easy to learn, it has great reporting capabilities.

Visibility on hours spent on a project / utilisation seems easy.

Both time attendance and costpoint are very user friendly. Extensive training is not needed.

Because everyone uses it, it's nice to be able to pull time and budgets across teams.

Deltek is a great feature rich, well supported software package.

Some of the customer service people are hard to understand. Sometimes reaching customer service is difficult.

I overall enjoy the product, and have enjoyed it for many years now.

The only problem that i have discovered is that a few of our employees using the mobile app upload their receipts on their phone.

Deltek is very user friendly and very easy to use. I love that you can download almost any report as a word doc, excel doc or PDF.

Timesheet system has good features and is easy to use on the employee side. Some of the customer service reps were great and went above and beyond for help.

Obsolete functions, obsolete payment plugins and functions that should be and are not.

It’s a bit difficult to change some parameters.

Ease of use and the simplicity of enabling various modules. Also, the availability of various modules and support in different countries.

Very Cost Effective as it is open source and there is lots of community options for this platform.

When sending invoice  I love the PayPal option.

Symple in use ad upgrade is perfect for shared hosting.

The lack of some things needed in Argentina. But nothing a developer couldn't do.

The fact that it's free and well maintained. Has very vibrant user community.

Many features are missing, customization is not easier, many bugs are found.
